3. Kategorie reklamy 3. Advertising category a) Všechny plachetnice musí vyhovovat požadavkům ISAF předpisu 20 Reklamní kodex. b) Loď, která nese vlastní reklamu musí vlastnit licenci podle Individuálního Reklamního licenčního systému, pokud byl zaveden jejím národním svazem. (předpis ISAF 20.4.3) c) Po plachetnicích může být vyžadováno umístění bočních čísel a reklamy sponzora závodu po stranách trupu. 4. Pravidla a) All boats shall meet requirements as provided in ISAF Regulation 20 Advertising code b) A boat displaying her own advertisement shall have a valid license under Individual Advertisement License System if have been introduced by her MNA (ISAF Regulation 20.4.3) c) Boats may be required to display a bow number and advertising of the event sponsors on the side of the hull. 4. Účast The programme is based on 12 races during 3 days. 6. Eligibility Závod je otevřený pro všechny závodníky, kteří splňují požadavky ISAF předpisu 19 Kodex oprávnění. The Regatta is open for all competitors, which comply with rules ISAF Reg. 19 Eligibility Code. 7. Plachetní směrnice Plachetní směrnice budou závodníkům k dispozici při registraci. Budou vyvěšeny na oficiální vývěsní tabuli nedaleko vstupu do kanceláře závodu. 8. Přihlášky, Registrace, Startovné 7. Sailing instructions The Sailing Instructions will be available at registration. They will be posted at the entrance to the Race office. 8. Entry, Registration, Entry fee Posádky 29er, které se přihlásí k závodu pomocí registračního portálu YC CERE ze stránek www.cere.cz získávají slevu 500 CZK na startovném. 29er Crews who registrer throuht registration portal on the www.cere.cz will have a special discount of 30%. on the entry fee Při registraci v den závodu závodník: vyplní přihlášku předloží závodní licenci ČSJ pro rok 2016, s potvrzením o lékařské prohlídce ne starší jednoho roku. (pouze čeští závodníci) předloží doklady podle ISAF Předpisu 19 It will be also possible to fill the entry during the registration. In course of the registration the competitor shall do / present: Fill the entry Czech Sailing Association License with medical approval no older than one year
(zahraniční závodníci) Předloží licenci vlastní reklamy na lodi podle předpisu ISAF 20, pokud je Individuální Reklamní Licenční Systém zaveden národním svazem podpisem se zaváže, že bude dodržovat ustanovení Základních pravidel jachtingu a dalších dokumentů, které jsou platná pro závod. U závodníka mladšího 18 let bude přihláška při registraci podepsána dospělou osobou, která přebírá odpovědnost za závodníka. Tato osoba svým podpisem též potvrzuje, že plovatelnost lodi a záchranná/plovací vesta, kterou závodník používá odpovídá platným předpisům. Závodníci, kteří nejsou členy mezinárodní asociace 29er nebudou hodnoceni do poháru Eurocup Startovné: 1000 KČ/posádka 29er (registrace před 23.9.) 1500 KČ/posádka 29er 800 KČ/posádka RS700 (only for Czech competitors) Documents in accordance with ISAF Regulation 19 (foreign competitors) A license in accordance with the ISAF Regulation 20, if the Individual Advertisement License System have been introduced the MNA of the boat. Signing the entry form agrees to be bound by Racing Rules of Sailing and other document valid for this regatta. The entry form of any junior competitor (under the age of 18) must be signed by the adult taking responsibility for the competitor at registration. This person also confirms that the buoyancy of the boat and the life jacket of the competitor is in compliance with valid rules. 10. Bodovací systém Bude užit nízkobodový systém podle pravidla A2. 11. Televize a média Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo používat video nebo audio záznam pořízený v průběhu závodu bez jakékoli náhrady. 12. Ubytování a stravování Ubytování ve stanech nebo vlastních karavanech je možné na pozemku CSCN. Poplatky za kempování se nevybírají ve dnech konání závodu. Startovné zahrnuje společnou sobotní večeři. 10. Scoring system Low point scoring system, rule A2, will apply. 11. Television and media The organizing authority shall have the right to use any images and sound recorded during the event free of charge. 12. Accomodation and buffet Accommodation in own tents or caravans will be provided either at CSCN. There are no fees for accommodation for competitors in the days of the Regatta. Entry fee included Saturday dinner Po dobu závodu bude k disposici bufet. 13. Odpovědnost a pojištění Závodníci startují v závodě na vlastní nebezpečí. Organizátoři nenesou žádnou zodpovědnost za osobní škodu, zranění nebo smrt ve spojení se závodem a to během regaty a po regatě. Pořadatel se zříká jakékoliv této zodpovědnosti. Všechny lodě a závodníci musí být pojištěni v souladu s předpisy ČSJ. 14. Dodatečné podmínky Pro platnost Eurocupu je nutné odjet alespoň 3 rozjížďky Minimálně 5 lodí a 2 národností musí být registrovánoo pro platnost Eurocupu Umístění v seriálu Eurocup se sčítá pouze pro identické posádky Buffet will be opened during the regatta. 13. Liability and insurance: Competitors will participate in the event entirely at their own risk. The Organizing Authority will not accept any liability for personal damage, injury or death, sustained in conjunction with, prior to, during or after the Regatta. The Organizing Authority disclaims any and all such liability. Each competing yacht and participants shall have valid third party liability insurance according to rules of Czech sailing association. 14. Additional information 3 races are required to constitute a EuroCup A minimum of 5 boats must be registered from a minimum of 2 nations for the EuroCup to be scored in the Series. Racing will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2013-2016 (including all amendments) with this Notice of Series to be followed by each EuroCup venue.
3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 3.1. The Regatta is open to 29er sailors who are members of the International 29er Class association. Sailors who are not current members prior to the first race of each event will not be scored. 4. REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULE 4.1. To be advised on www.29er.org web site 5. MEASUREMENT CERTIFICATES 5.1. Measurement Certificates will not be required, but all boats must conform to the class rules. 6. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS 6.1. The Sailing Instructions will be handed out at Registration of each event and may vary at each event. 7. RACING AREA AND COURSES 7.1. Will be advised at each event 8. SCORING 8.1. The Low point Scoring System (Rule A2) will apply. 8.2. Three races are required to constitute a qualifying series. 8.3. The 29er Euro Cup is an annual competition based on a nominated series of events organised in different European countries. There shall only be one event per country. Entry will be open to competitors of any nationality. These events will be known as Euro Cup qualifying regattas. Each qualifying regatta shall be scored using the Low Point System and prizes for that event shall be awarded on that basis.
8.4. For the purposes of determining the positions in the Euro Cup series, the final scores of each qualifying event shall be re-scored as follows: First place Second place Third place Each place thereafter 1 point 2 points 3 points add 1 point 8.5. If there is more than one boat correctly entered for the qualifying regatta, but which did not compete, they shall all receive equal last place scores. 8.6. The number of boats entered for each qualifying regatta will probably differ. Thus the last place points will also differ. 8.7. For the purpose of series scoring, results will be based off the team s performance (ie: both helm & crew must be consistent throughout the entire EuroCup series). Change of helm or crew will result in a separate listing. 8.8. DNC will equal 500. 8.9. A minimum of 5 boats must be registered from a minimum of 2 nations for the qualifying regatta to be scored. 8.10. The final Euro Cup results will be based on a boat s 5 best results. 8.11. The final event in Garda will be non-discardable 9. COACHES AND SUPPORTERS 9.1. Restrictions may apply at some venues. 10. PRIZES 10.1. Will be awarded at the final event for the top 3 places courtesy of Ovington Boats, Ltd.
11. SAFETY 11.1. All competitors must wear adequate (closed cell foam) personal buoyancy at all times when afloat. Wet suits and dry suits are not adequate personal buoyancy. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification from one or more races. This changes the current RRS. 12. LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION 12.1. A boat is entirely responsible for its own safety, whether afloat or ashore, and nothing, whether in the Notice of Race or Sailing Instructions or anywhere else reduces this responsibility. 12.2. It is for the boat to decide whether it is fit to sail in the conditions which it will find itself. By launching or going afloat, the boat confirms that it is fit for the conditions and that its crew is competent to sail and compete in them. 12.3. The boat is required to hold adequate insurance and in particular to hold insurance against third party claims in the sum of at least 2 million euros. 12.4. Nothing done by the organisers can reduce the responsibility of the boat, nor will it make the organisers responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury, however it may have occurred, as a result of the boat taking part in the racing. The organisers encompass everyone helping run the race and the event, and include the organising authority, the race committee, the race officer, patrol boats and beachmasters. 12.5. The provision of patrol boats does not relieve the boat of its responsibilities. 12.6. For the attention of parents of competitors under 18. If the competitor is under 18 the accommodation is the responsibility of the individual competitor; no responsibility can be taken for unaccompanied competitors. 12.7. Under 18 s will also need to have filled in the parental consent form at each event.
