2 Slovo pana Didiera Besseyrea Slovo organizátorů Slovo primátora Když se Evropská federace (EFCS) rozhodne svěřit organizaci Evropských firemních sportovních her nějakému městu, je to na základě kvalitního předloženého projektu a uznání národní federace firemního sportu (CSFS) jako kandidátské země. Po zkušenostech z mnoha turnajů a ze zimních her ve Špindlerově Mlýně shledala EFCS bez výhrad, že podmínky pro pořádání HER v České republice byly dodrženy, a tak jsme se rozhodli svěřit organizaci těchto XIX. HER České federaci (CSFS) a městu Praha. Počet sportovních zařízení v Praze, městě, jehož turistický a kulturní význam je stálý, stejně jako české know-how jak přivítat účastníky, nám již teď umožňují si představit, jaké nadšení vzbudí tyto HRY (ECSG 2013) u pravidelných účastníků a doufejme, že i u mnoha nováčků. EFCS se rozrůstá a rozvíjí po celé Evropě. Rostoucí zájem sportovců, firem, ale i místních, národních a mezinárodních institucí o naše HRY jsou pohonem motivace a kvality potřebné pro takovouto událost. Pokud přijedete do Prahy ve velkém počtu, prokážete opět Vaši náklonnost a radost ze setkání při příležitosti provozovat sport zdravý, přátelský a všemi respektovaný. Toto další setkání bude, a o tom nepochybuji, možností přivést lidské hodnoty EFCS na nejvyšší úroveň a já Vás tímto vyzývám, abychom se všichni setkali v červnu 2013 v Praze, a abychom z těchto XIX. HER vytvořili evropský svátek firemního sportu. Evropské firemní sportovní hry jsou výjimečnou sportovní událostí pro všechny amatérské sportovce, kteří chtějí ukázat své schopnosti i mimo pracoviště a zároveň si přitom odpočinout, pobavit se a spolu s kolegy si užít pocit sounáležitosti s týmem. Po formální stránce se hry neliší od soutěží vrcholového sportu, využívají nejlepších sportovišť a některé výkony by obstály i v konkurenci profesionálních sportovců. Stejně důležitý je ale i bohatý společenský program. Tato významná mezinárodní akce, která měla svou premiéru v roce 1977 v holandském Eindhovenu, se pod záštitou Evropské federace pro firemní sporty koná každé dva roky, a to vždy v jiné zemi a jiném městě. V roce 2013 se hry odehrají v metropoli České republiky, v Praze. Doufáme, že příjemným překvapením pro vás bude jak kvalita a cena našich hotelů, tak i atmosféra večerních setkání v meeting pointu. Při výběru ubytovacích kapacit, sportovišť a meeting pointu jsme dbali na to, abyste strávili co nejméně času v dopravních prostředcích. Při vytváření sportovního programu se pak snažíme, abyste si stihli nejen zasportovat, ale také prohlédnout Prahu, která je jedním z nejkrásnějších evropských měst a všemi smysly si vychutnat, co nabízí. Již nyní vás můžeme ujistit, že uděláme vše pro to, abyste si z her odnesli nezapomenutelný zážitek. Váš tým českých organizátorů Praha všichni ji znají jako jednu z nejkrásnějších historických metropolí ve světě s mnoha nádhernými památkami a s bohatým kulturním životem. To je dědictví minulosti, kterého si nesmírně vážíme a pečujeme o něj s láskou pro další generace. Ale zároveň se snažíme, aby se Praha zapsala do povědomí i jako moderní, dynamicky se rozvíjející město, které nabízí a zajišťuje kvalitní zázemí jak pro návštěvníky, tak pro své obyvatele. Naším cílem je, aby Praha nebyla jen městem s nejmenší nezaměstnaností, tedy městem práce, ale aby plnohodnotně nabídla i alternativy, jak trávit volný čas a načerpat síly při relaxaci - například sportem. Mezi dlouhodobou podporu sportování patří budování multifunkčních sportovních areálů, rozšiřování cyklostezek, úpravy parků pro rekreační sport. Rok 2012 probíhá ve znamení mnoha námi realizovaných projektů, jako jsou týdny sportu zdarma či Pražský sportovní summit, které podporují právě rozvoj sportovních aktivit v našem městě a informují obyvatele i návštěvníky o jejich široké nabídce. Vyvrcholením snah dále rozšířit sport mezi širokou veřejnost budou v roce 2013 Evropské hry firemního sportu, které se konají právě v Praze. Chtěli bychom vás tedy srdečně pozvat k měření sil na Evropských hrách firemního sportu pořádaných v roce 2013 v Praze. Věříme, že se nám podaří pro vás zajistit opravdu nevšední atmosféru a že se k nám po úspěšných hrách budete rádi vracet. A třeba opět za nějakou sportovní akcí. 3 Slovo legendy Praha Cítím, že je povinností nás, profesionálních sportovců - ať už současných nebo bývalých - podporovat sport všude a na všech úrovních. Já osobně to dělám rád a dělám to často. Vím, jaká je to radost, když člověk dá gól, díky kterému jeho tým získá titul mistra Evropy. Myslím si ale, že stejná radost může být, když se třeba jen jednou za život podaří skvělý gól amatérskému fotbalistovi někde na vesnickém hřišti. A možná se mu to vryje do paměti ještě více než nám, kteří jsme hráli nějaký sledovaný zápas každý týden. V tom je sport krásný, že tyto zážitky člověk nezapomíná a může si je vybavit ještě po letech. Pro mě jsou pořád zdrojem optimismu. Podobně to bude i u ostatních sportovců a zdaleka ne jen těch vrcholových. Evropské hry firemního sportu jsou příležitostí k tomu, dát takový životní gól (nebo třeba koš či smeč). Jsem si jistý, že na nich lze získat vzpomínky, které už nevymizí. Jsem rád, že všude tam, kde to jde, na hrách soutěží týmy. Kdo je součástí nějaké skupiny, nemůže myslet jen na sebe. Je částečně zodpovědný i za své spoluhráče, musejí si pomáhat, jinak se nikdo nikam nedostane. To je věc, která člověka formuje. Já osobně mám pocit, že fotbalisté či hráči jiných kolektivních sportů se chovají trochu jinak, než ti, kteří se věnují individuálním sportovním odvětvím. Při sportu člověk zažije jak vítězství, tak porážky - a obojí je důležité. I z porážky si může leccos vzít. Kdo se nenaučí prohrávat, nemůže vyhrávat - i tohle si týmy z firemních her mohou odnést do svého běžného života, kde budou soutěžit se svými konkurenty na trhu. A proč přijet na hry do zrovna do Prahy? To je jednoduché - kam jinam? Praha je střed Evropy, nádherné město, kde potkáte historii na každém kroku. Zároveň ale má všechno potřebné pro to, aby taková sportovní akce proběhla hladce a na náležité úrovni. Pevně věřím, že všem, kteří se her zúčastní, se tu bude líbit. Jedno z nejkrásnějších evropských měst se už od 19. století pyšní přízviskem stověžatá. Pražské věže byly počítány již mnohokrát, celkový počet je odhadován na tisíc a těch nejvýznamnějších je něco přes sto dvacet. I když jejich přesný součet nebude patrně nikdy možno určit, jedno je jisté všechny tyto věže a věžičky spolu s dominantní siluetou Pražského hradu tvoří nezapomenutelné panorama, které již okouzlilo nejednoho literáta či umělce. A jistě nadchne i vás. Historické jádro Prahy, které je od roku 1992 zapsáno do Seznamu světového kulturního a přírodního dědictví UNESCO přímo dýchá romantickou atmosférou. Drobné uličky Hradčan a Malé strany vás přenesou do dob dávno minulých, světově unikátní kubistická architektura mísící se s barokními kupolemi a elegantním gotickým lomeným obloukem vás uchvátí svou precizností a nespočet historických památek vás zaujme na tolik, že se vám ani nebude chtít pomyslet na cestu zpět domů. Jen si to představte, ráno se pokocháte největším hradním komplexem na světě, Pražským hradem, v pravé poledne si poslechnete vyzvánění Orloje na Staroměstském náměstí, po obědě shlédnete na hlavní město z bájného Vyšehradu a navečer si vychutnáte pohled na noční Prahu ze slavného Karlova mostu. Milovníkům kultury se zde navíc nabízí i nesčetné množství galerií, muzeí, divadel a kaváren, které vždy poskytne náležitou intelektuální osvětu a mimo jiné také příjemný úkryt před horkým letním sluncem. Ti, kteří však umění vidí spíše ve výrobě kvalitního alkoholu, si také nemusejí zoufat. Světové prvenství Prahy jako města, ve kterém se vypije nejvíce litrů piva na osobu, přímo ukazuje na obrovský počet hospod a hospůdek, kde světoznámé české pivo teče proudem, a barů, které nikdy nespí. Hlavní město České republiky však není pouze centrem kulturního dění. Své jméno s ním spojovaly i některé světově známé české sportovní hvězdy, jako byli například atlet a vytrvalec Emil Zátopek, oštěpař Jan Železný nebo sedminásobná olympijská vítězka a čtyřnásobná mistryně světa, gymnastka Věra Čáslavská. Praha také oplývá největším sportovním stadionem na světě, Velkým strahovským stadionem, který je v dnešní době používán k tréninkům jednoho z nejúspěšnějších českých fotbalových klubů, AC Sparta Praha, a k pořádání koncertů. Ať už do Prahy přijedete za sportem, novou výstavou, nákupy, architekturou, relaxací, či jinou zábavou, vždy budete mít z čeho vybírat. A kdybyste zcela náhodou měli dlouhou chvíli, můžete se vypravit na Petřínskou rozhlednu. Po zdolání 299 schodů se Vám totiž naskytne úžasný výhled na celé hlavní město, a Vy si všechny ty pražské věže a věžičky budete moci rovnou sami spočítat.

4 Sporty Evropské firemní sportovní hry budou v Praze v roce 2013 nabízet 27 sportovních disciplín (viz níže). Závody budou rozděleny na kvalifikační a finálovou část a každý sportovec má zaručenou účast na čtvrtečním i pátečním sportovním programu. Finálová utkání o medailová umístění se budou konat v sobotu. Bude-li se jednat o turnaje, účastníci budou nejprve hrát proti sobě ve skupinách a následně se uplatní vyřazovací systém. Kategorie nad 40 let (40+) se mohou zúčastnit sportovci, kterým bude 40 let a více v roce 2013, tzn. narozeni a starší. Rok narození je rozhodující kritérium ve věkovém rozdělení také u atletiky, cyklistiky, MTBO, orientačním běhu a plavání (př let: narozeni ). Pro účastníky je možná kombinace jeden den atletiky, druhý den plavání a kombinace cyklistiky, MTBO a orientačního běhu. Přesný časový harmonogram disciplín u těchto sportů bude zveřejněn na webových stránkách a v Bulletinu 3. V sobotu se koná pro zájemce 10 km běh Prahou, který je zahrnut do účastnického poplatku. Atletika Individuální: Účastníci (muži a ženy) jsou rozděleni do 5 věkových kategorií (třída A: let, B: let, C: let, D: let, E: nad 60 let). Soutěží se v 11 disciplínách (běh na 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 4x100m štafeta, skok do dálky, skok do výšky, vrh koulí, hod oštěpem). Týmová: Smíšená soutěž bez rozdělení do věkových kategorií. Tým se skládá z 3 atletů (min. 1 žena), kde se soutěží ve 4 disciplínách běh na 100m, 1500m, skok do dálky, vrh koulí. Všichni členové se musejí zúčastnit všech 4 disciplín. Jednotlivé výsledky budou upravovány podle věkového faktoru World Masters Athletics (WMA) a potom podle tabulek IAAF přepočítány na body. Badminton Týmový turnaj (smíšený), kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií Open a nad 40 let (40+). V kategorii Open se hraje ve tříčlenných týmech (2 muži + 1 žena). Tým hraje ve 4 disciplínách v následujícím pořadí: čtyřhra mixy, dvouhra muži, dvouhra ženy, čtyřhra muži. V kategorii nad 40 let (40+) se hraje ve čtyřčlenných týmech (2 muži + 2 ženy). Tým hraje ve 4 disciplínách v následujícím pořadí: čtyřhra mixy-1, čtyřhra mixy-2, čtyřhra muži, čtyřhra ženy. Hraje se na 2 vítězné sety do 15 bodů. Basketbal Týmový turnaj, kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 4 věkových kategorií muži Open, muži nad 40 let (40+), ženy Open, ženy nad 40 let (40+). Hrací doba je 2x10 min. čistého času. Beach volejbal Týmový turnaj, kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií Open a nad 40 let (40+). Hraje se ve dvoučlenných týmech mužský, ženský a mix. Utkání se hraje na 2 vítězné sety do 15 bodů. Eventuelní 3. set jen do 11 bodů. Bowling Týmový turnaj (4 hráči), bez věkového rozdělení. Týmy mohou být buď čistě dámské, čistě pánské, nebo smíšené. Ženy mají 5 kuželek k dobru ve všech hrách. Není možná změna dráhy během hry. Každý tým odehraje 3 kola/den. Začíná se kvalifikací (1. den), která týmy rozdělení podle výkonnostních kategorií (A-D), poté se pokračuje skupinově (2. den) a zakončí se vyřazovacími finálovými zápasy (3. den). Bridž Turnaj se hraje v párech bez věkového rozdělení. Garantujeme 3-4 kola za turnaj (plná sezení) na minimálně 20 rozdání. Bude použita Mitchelllova nebo Howellova metoda podle počtu účastníků, bude upřesněno v bulletinu 3 a na webu. Účastníci mají zaručené 2 hrací dny. Pro zájemce se uskuteční také sobotní turnaj. Cyklistika Účastníci jsou rozděleni do 5 věkových kategorií, které platí jak pro muže, tak pro ženy (třída A: let, B: let, C: let, D: let, E: nad 60 let). Individuální: Závod na km, časovka na cca 10 km oba závody se budou konat na asfaltové silnici. Týmová: Tým se skládá z 3 závodníků, kterým se sčítají výsledky z individuálního závodu. Helma je povinná. Florbal Týmový turnaj (5+1), kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 3 kategorií muži Open, muži nad 40 let (40+), ženy Open Fotbal 11 hráčů Mužský týmový turnaj (10+1). Hrací doba je 2x20 min Fotbal 7 hráčů Týmový turnaj (6+1), kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 3 kategorií muži Open, muži nad 40 let (40+), ženy. Hrací doba je 2x20 min. Fotbal 5 hráčů Týmový turnaj (4+1), kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií muži Open, muži nad 40 let (40+). Hrací doba je 2x15 min. Golf Individuální a týmový turnaj (3 hráči) systémem Stableford. U týmového se sčítají výsledky jednotlivců z individuálního turnaje. Každý hráč hraje jedno celé kolo (18 jamek) ve čtvrtek a pátek. Start mají povoleni pouze hráči s handicapem (Třída A: HCP 0-9,9 třída B: HCP Třída C: HCP 20-36) Z kapacitních důvodů je omezen počet účastníků na 240 a z důvodu větší finanční náročnosti je zde účastnický poplatek 180 EUR na osobu. Každá země má omezený počet účastníků na základě kvóty EFCS, která je zveřejněna na webových stránkách Házená Týmový turnaj (6+1), kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií - muži Open, muži nad 40 let (40+), ženy Open, ženy nad 40 let (40+). Hrací doba je 2x15 min. čistého času. Kuželky Týmový turnaj (4 hráči) s dodatečným individuálním hodnocením (ženy a muži), ve kterém jsou účastníci rozdělení do 3 kategorií - muži, ženy a mix (2 muži a 2 ženy). Bude hráno předkolo a mezikolo o 100 hodech s jednou výměnou dráhy (25 do plných, 25 dohozů na dráhu). Je možno hrát s plnými koulemi nebo s koulemi s dírami (prosíme o přivezení s sebou). Minigolf Turnaj, který je rozdělen na kategorie muži Open a ženy Open. Individuální turnaj: 6 kol po 18 jamkách (3 kola/den). Celkový výsledek je součtem všech kol. Týmový turnaj: Družstvo se skládá z 3 hráčů a počítají se výsledky (všech 6 kol) jednotlivců z individuálního turnaje. MTBO Individuální a týmový závod (týmy 3 sportovců, výsledky se počítají z individuálních závodů), kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 5 věkových kategorií, které platí jak pro muže, tak pro ženy (třída A: let, B: let, C: let, D: let, E: nad 60 let). Délka trati bude km, s min. 20 kontroly. Závodníci mají zaručeny 2 závody (čtvrtek + pátek), každý den na jiné trati. Helma je povinná. Orientační běh Individuální a týmový závod (týmy 3 sportovců, výsledky se počítají z individuálních závodů), kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 5 věkových kategorií, které platí jak pro muže, tak pro ženy (třída A: let, B: let, C: let, D: let, E: nad 60 let). Délka trati bude okolo 5 km (pro sprint) a 10 km (pro klasicky závod) s min. 20 kontroly. Závodníci mají zaručeny 2 závody (čtvrtek a pátek), každý na jiné trati. Měřítko map bude 1: : Petanque Týmová soutěž, bez věkového omezení. Jeden den se usku-

5 teční soutěž dvojic, druhý den soutěž trojic. Při doublu má každý hráč k dispozici 3 koule, při triplu 2. Hraje se švýcarským systémem do 13 bodů (ve skupině se může po dohodě do 11) a každému týmu je zaručeno 5 zápasů za den. Plavání Individuální závod, kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 5 věkových kategorií, které platí jak pro muže, tak pro ženy (třída A: let, B: let, C: let, D: let, E: nad 60 let). Soutěží se ve 12 disciplínách (volný styl 50m, 100m, 200m; znak 50m, 100m; prsa 50m, 100m; motýlek 50m, 100m; polohový závod 4x25m; štafeta 4x100m volný styl, 4x50m polohový závod). Poker Individuální turnaj bez věkového rozdělení. Stoly jsou po 10 hráčích. Hraje se pouze o věcné ceny, nikoliv o peníze. Squash Týmový turnaj pro muže, ženy a mix, kde jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií Open a nad 40 let (40+). Družstvo se skládá z minimálně 3 až maximálně 6 hráčů a hraje se v týmech mužských (min. 3 muži), ženských (min. 3 ženy) a mixech (min. 2 muži + min. 1 žena). Hrají se 3 zápasy (tzn. každý hráč odehraje jeden zápas) a utkání se hraje na tři vítězné sety do 11 bodů. Stolní tenis Týmový turnaj pro muže, ženy a mix, ve kterém jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií Open a nad 40 let (40+) Tým se skládá z minimálně 2 až maximálně 4 hráčů. Zápas začíná čtyřhrou, následují dvouhra-1 a dvouhra-2. Hraje se na 3 vítězné sety do 11 bodů. Střelba Individuální a týmový turnaj pro muže a ženy v disciplínách vzduchová pistole a vzduchová puška. Individuální: Muži mají 60 ran, ženy 40 ran. Navíc je také společný individuální turnaj pro účastníky nad 40 let (muži i ženy), kde se soutěží v disciplíně vzduchová puška s podporou. Střílí se 30 ran ve stoje s podporou. Týmový: Družstvo se skládá z 3 střelců a do výsledků se počítají výsledky z individuální soutěže. Ženy v mužském týmu musejí odstřílet 60 ran a do individuálního turnaje se jim počítá prvních 40. Omezení s dovozem zbraní do České republiky jsou zveřejněny na webových stránkách Šachy Individuální soutěž o 9 kolech, hodnocená podle švýcarského systému. Každý hráč má během 1 hry 30 minut. V sobotu se odehraje navíc bleskový turnaj. Šipky Individuální turnaj: soutěž rozdělená na muže a ženy zvlášť. Týmový turnaj: Tým se skládá ze 4 hráčů (muži a/nebo ženy). Každý zápas má 6 individuálních her v pořadí hráč 1, hráč 2, pár 1, hráč 3, hráč 4, pár 2. Všechny hry se hrají jako 501 flying start a double exit. Jeden den se bude konat turnaj na sisalové terče, druhý den na elektronické terče. V sobotu se pro zájemce uskuteční turnaj na libovolný terč. Tenis Týmový turnaj pro muže, ženy a mix, ve kterém jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií Open a nad 40 let (40+). Tým se skládá z 2 až maximálně 4 hráčů. Tým hraje dohromady 3 utkání následujícím pořadí: čtyřhra, dvouhra-1, dvouhra-2. Hraje se na čas - 5 minut rozehrání, 50 minut na samotný zápas. Volejbal Týmový turnaj pro muže, ženy a mix, ve kterém jsou účastníci rozděleni do 2 věkových kategorií Open a nad 40 let (40+). Tým se skládá z 6 hráčů (mix musí obsahovat alespoň 3 ženy). Utkání se hraje na 2 vítězné sety do 25 bodů. Eventuelní 3. set jen do 15 bodů. V případě neobsazenosti disciplíny si pořadatel vyhrazuje právo disciplínu zrušit či spojit kategorie. Každý účastník cestuje a sportuje na vlastní nebezpečí. Pořadatel poskytuje pouze první pomoc. Bližší informace k daným sportům jsou zveřejněny na našich stránkách a budou k dispozici v programu her. 7 A word from Mr. Didier Besseyre A word from the organisers A word from the mayor When EFCS takes the decision to entrust the organisation of European Company Sport Games to a city, it always happens on the basis of the quality of the submitted project and recognizing the national federation of company sports (CSFS) as a candidate country. With experience from many tournaments and the winter Games in Spindleruv Mlyn, EFCS found that the organisational criteria for staging the games in the Czech Republic were fully met; we therefore decided to entrust the organisation of 19th Games to the Czech Federation and the city of Prague. The number of sport facilities in Prague, a city with indelible touristic and cultural credentials, as well as the Czech expertise in welcoming all participants, are an indication of the enthusiasm the Games (ECSG 2013) will stir among regular participants and hopefully among newcomers as well. EFCS is growing and spreading all over Europe. The increasing interest sportsmen, but also local and international institutions show in our Games, are the drive of our motivation and the quality required for such an event. If you come in larger numbers, you ll again show your affection and joy of meeting on this occasion of practising healthy, friendly and over-all respectful sport. This next meeting will undoubtedly be an opportunity to bring the human values of EFCS to the ultimate level and I hereby appeal to you to join us in Prague in June 2013 and to make our games a truly European feast of company sports. European Company Sport Games are a unique sporting event for all amateur sportsmen who wish to show what they are made of outside the workplace and relax, enjoy themselves and experience the spirit of companionship at the same time. Technically, the games are no different from top professional sporting contests; the venues are top of the line and some of the performances could be measured against professional sportsmen. However, the rich variety of social events is just as important. This major international event, which dates back to its 1977 premiere in Eindhoven, Holland, takes place every other year, each time in a different city and country, under the auspices of the European Federation for Company Sports. The 2013 games will take place in Prague, Czech Republic. We hope that you ll be pleasantly surprised by the price range and quality of our hotels, as well as the nightly gatherings at the meeting point. Our long term sporting support schemes include building multipurpose sports arenas, broadening the cycling route network, modifying public parks for amateur sports. The year 2012 is marked by many projects we realized, such as free sports weeks or the Prague Sports Summit, that is events which foster the development of sporting activities in our city and inform both citizens and visitors about the broad range of activities on offer. The culmination of this effort to further spread sports among the general public will be the 2013 European Sports Games in Prague. We therefore invite you heartily to take part in this contest. 8 A word from a legend Prague Ifeel that it is our duty, the duty of professional sportsmen, active or retired, to support sports everywhere and on all levels. Personally, I do it very often and with great satisfaction. I know what joy it is to score a goal, thanks to which one becomes European Champion. I also think, however, that it can be equally gratifying for an amateur football player to score such a goal once in a lifetime. And maybe it will even be a more memorable event for him than it was for us, who played a high-profile match every week. That s the beauty of sports; one does not forget these memories and treasures them for years to come. For me, they are still a source of optimism, and this is the case with other sportsmen as well, not just the professional ones. The European Games of Company Sport are an opportunity to score such once in a lifetime goal (or score a point or strike a smash). I am sure one can get memories that won t fade away here. I am glad that wherever possible, teams compete at the games. Once you are a part of a team, you can t only think about yourself. You are partially responsible for his teammates as well, you have to help each other or you ll get nowhere. That s something that shapes a man a lot. Personally, I think that footballers or other collective sports players act a bit differently than those who compete in individual disciplines. In sports, one experiences wins and losses, which is just as well. Even a loss can lead to something positive. Who doesn t know how to lose can t win even this is something teams can take from the games to their professional lives, where they compete on the market. But why should you come particularly to the Prague games? It s simple; where else? Prague is the heart of Europe, a charming city where you encounter history everywhere you go. However, it also has all the necessary facilities for such a sporting event to go smoothly and well. I firmly believe that all of you, who are going to take part, will like it here. One of the most beautiful cities in Europe has been called the hundred tower city since the nineteenth century. There were many attempts at counting the towers and their number is estimated to exceed a thousand in total, with the major towers amounting to roughly 120. Even though we can never be certain about the exact figure, one thing is certain all these towers and turrets, along with the dominant silhouette of the Prague castle, create an unforgettable panorama that has charmed many an artist and writer, and will surely capture even your imagination. The historical centre of Prague, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1992, radiates picturesque atmosphere. The petite, crooked streets of Hradčany and Malá Strana will transport you to the past. One of a kind cubist architecture, intertwined with baroque domes and the subtle elegance of the gothic arch, will take your breath away with its precision and countless monuments will leave you breathless. You won t even think about the journey back home. Just imagine: In the morning, you ll wake up to the amazing sight of the largest castle complex in the world, the Prague Castle. At noon you ll watch the famous clock at Staroměstské náměstí, after lunch you ll see the city from the famed Vyšehrad Castle and in the evening, you ll savour a view of the city from the renowned Charles Bridge. Culture lovers will be mesmerised by the countless galleries, museums, theatres and cafés where one can take shelter from the scorching sun and soak in the intellectual atmosphere. And those who see art as the art of distillation won t be disappointed either. Prague s primacy as the city with the highest per capita beer consumption hints at the immense variety of pubs and bars, where famous Czechs beers flow endlessly, and other bars that never ever sleep. The capital of the Czech Republic is not, however, just a cultural hub. It is also connected to the names of some famous Czech Sportsmen, such as the athlete and endurance runner Emil Zátopek, the javelin thrower Jan Železný or the seven time Olympic winner and four time World champion, gymnast Věra Čáslavská. Prague also has the largest sports stadium in the world, the big Strahov stadium, which is currently being used for training one of the most successful Czech football teams, AC Sparta Praha, and for organising concerts. Whether you are coming to Prague for sports, a new exhibition, shopping, architecture, relaxation or some other pastime, you ll be always spoilt for choice. And if you find yourself with nothing to do for a while, you can hike up the Petřín watchtower. After climbing 299 steps, a magnificent view of Prague will open in front of your eyes and you ll be able to count all those towers and turrets yourself.

9 Sports The 2013 European Company Sport Games will offer 27 sporting disciplines as listed below. The races will be organised into qualifications and finals and each sportsman is guaranteed a place in both the Thursday and Friday contests. The final, medal-deciding finals will take place on Saturday. If these take the form of a tournament, first there will be a contest among the groups and then we ll switch to an elimination system. In categories above 40s (40+) can participate those sportsman who will be in 2013 forty years old or older, i.e. born and older. The year of birth is decisive also for athletics, cycling, MTBO, orienteering and swimming (e.g years: born ) The participants have the following option: A combination of athletics (one day), swimming the next day along with a combination of cycling, MTBO and orienteering. A more detailed discipline schedule for these sports will be published on the web and in Bulletin 3. On Saturday 22 nd June 2013, a 10 km run through Prague will be open to all participants. This run is included in the entry fee. Athletics Individual: The participants (both male and female) are divided into five categories (A Class 18-30, B: 31-40, C: 41-50, D: 51-60, E: above 60.) Participants will take part in eleven disciplines: Runs for 100, 200, 400, 800,1500 and 5000 metres, a 4x100m medley, long jump, high jump, shot put and javelin throw. Team: A mixed contest with no age divisions. Each team consists of 3 athletes (at least one woman) and takes part in four disciplines: a 100m and a 1500m run, long jump and shot put. All members must take part in all 4 disciplines. Individual results will be modified according to the age factor of World masters Athletics (WMA) and then converted to points in line with IAAF charts. Badminton A team tournament (mixed), participants divided in two categories open and above 40. In the open category, each team consists of 3 members (2 men and 1 woman). The team competes in these disciplines in the following order: mixed doubles, singles men, singles women, doubles men. In the above 40 category, teams consist of four members (2 men and 2 women) The team takes part in four contests in the following order: Doubles mix 1, doubles mix- 2, doubles men, doubles women. Each match lasts for two winning sets, fifteen points each. Basketball A team tournament with the participants divided into four categories according to ages - men s open, men above 40, women s open, women above 40. The playing time is 2x10 min without interruption. Beach Volleyball A team tournament with the participants divided into two categories, open and above 40. Each team has two members, men s, women s and mixed teams. The match is played for two winning sets at 15 points each, if a third set is necessary, it has only 11 points. Bowling A team tournament (4 players), no age restrictions. The teams can either be purely male, purely female or mixed. All women get a five bowl handicap in all matches. No change of lanes during the game is allowed. Each team will play three rounds a day. The first day is designated for the qualification, where the teams will be divided into performance groups (A-D). On the second day, contests within groups take part and the elimination-based finals take place on the third day. Bridge Bridge Pairs without age restrictions take part in this tournament. We guarantee at least 3-4 rounds (full seats) during the tournament with at least 20 deals. The Mitchell or Howell method will be used according to number of participants, more specified on the web and in Bulletin 3. The participants are guaranteed two playing days. A Saturday tournament will also be held for those who want to participate. Chess Individual tournaments with 9 rounds, scored according to the Swiss system. Each player has 30 minutes. There will also be a blitz tournament on Saturday. Cycling An individual race, participants split into five categories valid for both men and women (A: 18-30, B: 31-40, C: 41-50, D: 51-60, E: above 60) Individual: a km race, a 10 km time trial both races will be held on a tarmac road. Team: Each team consists of 3 people, whose results from individual races will be added together. Use of helmet is obligatory. Darts Individuals: a tournament, men and women separately Teams: Each team consists from 4 players (men and/or women). Each match has 6 individual games in the following order: player 1, player 2, pair 1, player 3, player 4, pair 2. All matches are played as 501 flying start and double exit. On the first day, sisal fibre targets will be used in the tournament. Electronic targets will be used the next day. A tournament with no target restrictions will also take place on Saturday for those willing to take part. Floorball A team tournament (5+1), participants split into 3 age categories - men s open, men above 40, women s open. Football 11 players A men s tournament with 11 players per team. The playing time is 2x20 minutes. Football 7 players A team tournament (6+1), participants divided into three age categories - men s open, men above 40, women. The playing time is 2x20 minutes. Football 5 players A team tournament (4+1), participants divided into two age categories men s open, men above 40. The playing time is 2x15 minutes. Golf An individual and team tournament (3 players) with Stableford system. In the team tournament, all players results from individual tournaments will be added together. Each player plays one whole round (18 holes) on Thursday and Friday. Only players with a handicap of 0-36 are allowed to take part (Class A: HCP 0-9,9 Class B: HCP Class C: HCP 20-36). Because of the facility limitations, the maximum amount of participants is 240 and due to higher financial demands, each participant has to pay a 180 euro entry fee. Each country has a limited number of participants, based on the EFCS quotas available on Handball A team tournament (6+1), participants divided into two age categories - men s open, men above 40, women above 40, women s open. The playing time is 2x15 min without interruption. Minigolf Individual and team tournaments for men and women, no age restrictions. Participants are divided into two categories men s open and women s open. Individuals (6 rounds, 18 holes each, 3 rounds per day), the total result is the sum of all rounds. The team consists of three players, the total result is the sum of all rounds. MTBO An individual and team contest (3 racers whose results from individual races will be added together). split into five categories valid for both men and women (A: 18-30, B: 31-40, C: 41-50, D: 51-60, E: above 60). The track will be 12-15km long, with min 20 check points. Each sportsman is guaranteed a place in both the Thursday and Friday contests, each day on a different track. Use of helmet is obligatory.

10 Orienteering An individual and team contest (3 racers whose results from individual races will be added together). Participants split into five categories valid for both men and women (A: 18-30, B: 31-40, C: 41-50, D: 51-60, E: above 60). The track will be approx. 5km long (sprint) and 10km for classical race. Competitors are guaranteed two races (Thursday and Friday), each on a different track. The map scale will be 1: : Pétanque A team contest, no age restrictions. The doubles contest will take place on the first day, the triples on the second. In doubles, each player has three balls, in triples two. We use the Swiss system to 13 points (if the players agree, the group can play to 11 points) and each team is guaranteed five matches a day. Poker An individual tournament, no age restrictions. Ten players per table. The prizes are material there is no monetary reward. Shooting An Individual and team tournament for men and women in air rifle and air gun disciplines. Individual: Men have 60 shots, women 40. Furthermore, there is also a common individual tournament for participants above 40 (men and women), discipline air rifle with support. Each participant shoots thirty shots, standing up, with a support for the gun. Team: The team consists of three players, scores will be calculated from the individual results (women in male teams must shoot 60 shots but only their first forty shots are counted into the individual contest). Restrictions concerning the import of guns into the Czech Republic are listed on the website. Skittles (Nine Pin Bowling) A team tournament (4 players) with an additional individual rating (men and women), where participants are divided into three categories men, women and mix (two men, two women). A preliminary round and an in-between round with 100 throws with one lane swap (25 full and 25 cleaning throws per lane). You can play either with full balls, or with balls with holes (please bring your own). Squash A team tournament for men, women and mixed, participants are divided into two age categories - below 40 years open. Each team has min. three and max. six members and play in men teams (min. 3 men), women (min. 3 women) and mixed (min. 2 men and 1 woman). The team plays 3 matches (ie every player plays one match) and the game consists of three winning sets at 11 points. Swimming Individual race, participants are divided into five categories valid for both men and women (A Class 18-30, B: 31-40, C: 41-50, D: 51-60, E: above 60). Participants will take part in 12 disciplines (freestyle 50m, 100m and 200m; backstroke 50m and 100m; breaststroke 50m and 100m; butterfly 50m and 100m; medley 4x 25m; relay 4x 100m freestyle and 4x 50m medley). Table Tennis A team tournament for men, women and mixes with the participants divided in two categories Open and 40+. Each team consist from at least two and at most four players. The match starts with doubles, then singles 1 and singles 2. Each match consists of three winning sets to 11 points each. Tennis A team tournament for men, women and mixes with the participants divided in two categories Open and 40+. Each team consists of at least two and at most four players. Each team plays three matches in total, in the following order: doubles, singles - 1, singles 2. There is a time restriction; five minutes for warm-up, 50 minutes for the game. Volleyball A team tournament for men, women and mix with the participants divided in two age categories Open and 40+. Each team consists of 6 players (at least 3 women for mix). The match is played for two winning sets at 25 points each, if a third set is necessary, it has only 15 points. In case of vacancy of a discipline, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or to combine the categories. Each participant travel and does sports at his own risk. The organizer provides only the first aid. Further information on individual disciplines is to be found on our website and will be available during the games.

14 Vorwort von Herrn Didier Besseyre Wenn die europäische Föderation (EFCS) beschließt, die Veranstaltung der Europäischen Spiele des Betriebssports einer Stadt anzuvertrauen, erfolgt dies auf Basis der Solidität der vorgelegten Unterlagen und der Anerkennung vonseiten der Nationalföderation des Betriebssports (CFCS) des Kandidatenlandes. In diesem Sinne, in Anbetracht der Erfahrung von mehreren Tournieren sowie von den Winterspielen in Špindlerův Mlýn, hat die EFCS ohne Vorbehalt die erforderlichen Bedingungen als erfüllt betrachtet, in die Tschechiche Republik zu kommen und wir haben beschlossen die Veranstaltung dieser XIX. SPIELE der tschechischen Föderation (CFCS) und der Stadt Prag anzuvertrauen. Sowohl die Anzahl der Sportanlagen Prags, Stadt von anerkanntem turistischem und kulturellem Interesse, als auch das tschechische Emfangsknow- -how erlauben uns, schon jetzt die Begeisterung vorzusehen, die diese SPIELE (ECSG 2013) sowohl bei den regelmäßigen als auch, wir wollen es hoffen, bei den zahlreichen neuzusteigenden Teilnehmern wecken werden. Die EFCS stärkt und entwickelt ihre Position überall in Europa. Das ansteigende Interesse von Sportlern, von Betrieben aber auch von lokalen, nationalen und internationalen Instanzen an unseren SPIELEN ist Treibstoff der Motivation und der erforderlichen Qualität für diese Veranstaltungen. Indem Sie in Prag zahlreich ankommen, werden Sie uns erneut beweisen, wie großen Wert Sie auf das Vergnügen legen, sich zu treffen um Sport mit gesundem, freundlichem und gegenseitig respektvollem Wettbewerbgeist zu treiben. Dieses kommende Treffen wird, das bezweifle ich nicht im geringsten, eine Gelegenheit die humanistischen Werte der EFCS hoch zu erheben, und ich lade Sie hiermit ein, uns gemeinsam im Juni 2013 in Prag zu treffen, um diese XIX. SPIELE zur europäischen Feier des Betriebssportes zu machen. Didier Besseyre Präsident der EFCS Vorwort der Organisatoren Die Europäischen Sommerspiele des Betriebssports sind ein außerordentliches Sportereignis für alle Amateursportler, die ihre Fähigkeiten auch außerhalb des Arbeitsplatzes zeigen wollen, und sich zugleich ausruhen, amüsieren und mit den Kollegen das Gefühl des Zusammengehörens mit dem Team erleben wollen. In formeller Hinsicht unterscheiden sich die Spiele nicht von den Wettbewerben des Spitzensports. Sie benutzen die besten Sportplätze und manche Leistungen würden der Konkurrenz der professionalen Sportler standhalten. Ebenso wichtig ist aber auch das reichhaltige Gesellschaftsprogramm. Diese internationale Großveranstaltung, die ihre Erstaufführung im Jahre 1977 im holländischen Eindhoven hatte, findet jede zwei Jahre unter der Ägide der Europäischen Föderation für Betriebssport statt, und das immer in einem anderen Land und anderer Stadt. Im Jahre 2013 werden die Spiele in der Metropole der Tschechischen Republik stattfinden, in Prag. Wir hoffen, dass für Sie sowohl die Qualität und Preise unserer Hotels, als auch die Atmosphäre der Abendtreffen im Meeting Point eine angenehme Überraschung werden. Zwischen die langzeitige Sportunterstützung gehören der Aufbau der multifunktionellen Sportareale, die Verbreitung der Radwege und die Anpassung des Parkanlagen für Freizeitsporte. Das Jahr 2012 verläuft im Zeichen vieler von uns realisierten Projekte, wie kostenfreie Sportwochen oder der Prager Sportgipfel. Sie unterstützen die Entwicklung der Sportaktivitäten in unserer Stadt und informieren sowohl die Bewohner, als auch die Besucher über die breite Auswahl. Der Höhepunkt der Bemühungen Sport zwischen die breite Öffentlichkeit zu erweitern, sind im Jahre 2013 die Europäischen Sommerspiele des Betriebssports, die in Prag stattfinden werden. Wir möchten Sie damit sehr herzlich zu dem Kräftemessen bie den Europäischen Sommerspielen des Betriebssports im Jahre 2013 nach Prag einladen. 15 Vorwort einer Legende Prag Ich fühle die Pflicht von uns, professionellen Sportlern, gegenwärtigen und auch ehemaligen, Sport überall und auf allen Ebenen zu unterstützen. Ich persönlich mache es gern und auch oft. Ich weiß was für eine Freue es ist, wenn man ein Tor schießt, dank dessen seine Mannschaft den Europameistertitel gewinnt. Ich denke aber, dass es die gleiche Freude sein kann, wenn es auch nur einmal im Leben einem Amateurfußballspieler gelingt, irgendwo auf einem dörflichen Sportplatz ein ausgezeichnetes Tor zu schießen. Und vielleicht prägt es sich in seine Erinnerung mehr ein, als uns, die einen gefolgten Wettkampf jede Woche spielten. Das ist das chöne am Sport, dass man diese Erlebnisse nicht vergisst und sie noch nach Jahren hervorbringen kann. Für mich sind sie immer die Quelle des Optimismus. Ähnlich wird es auch bei anderen Sportlern sein, und von weitem nicht nur bei den Spitzensportlern. Die Europäischen Sommerspiele des Betriebssports sind eine Gelegenheit so ein Lebenstor (oder auch ein Schmetterball oder Korb) zu schießen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass man dort Erinnerungen gewinnen kann, die nie mehr verschwinden. Ich freue mich, dass überall wo es geht, bei den Spielen Mannschaften im Wettbewerb stehen. Wer ein Teil einer Gruppe ist, kann nicht nur an sich selbst denken. Er ist teilweise auch für seine Mitspieler verantwortlich, sie müssen sich gegenseitig helfen, sonst bekommt niemand etwas. Das ist eine Sache die den Menschen formt. Ich persönlich habe das Gefühl, das Fußballspieler oder Spieler von Kollektivsporten sich ein bisschen anders benehmen, als Einzelsportler. Beim Sport erlebt man Siege wie auch Niederlagen und beides ist wichtig. Auch aus einer Niederlage kann man sich etwas nehmen. Wer nicht zu verlieren lernt, kann auch nicht gewinnen auch das können sich die Mannschaften aus den Betriebsspielen in das Alltagsleben mitnehmen, wo sie mit den Konkurrenten am Markt wetteifern werden. Und warum gerade die Spiele in Prag? Das ist einfach wo denn sonst? Prag ist die Mitte Europas, eine herrliche Stadt, wo sie die Geschichte bei jedem Schritt begegnen. Zugleich hat sie alles nötige dafür, damit so ein Sportereignis glatt und unter gehörigem Niveau verläuft. Ich glaube fest, dass es hier allen, die teilnehmen werden, gefallen wird. Eine der schönsten europäischen Städte prahlt schon seit dem 19. Jahrhundert mit dem Beinamen hunderttürmig. Die Prager Türme wurden schon dutzendmal gezählt, die Gesamtzahl wird auf Tausend geschätzt und die bedeutendsten sind über 120. Auch wenn man die genaue Anzahl wahrscheinlich nie feststellen kann, eines ist sicher alle diese Türme und Türmchen zusammen mit der dominanten Silhouette der Prager Burg bilden ein unvergessliches Panorama, das schon manche Schriftsteller und Künstler faszinierte. Und es wird bestimmt auch Sie begeistern. Der historische Kern Prags, der seit dem Jahr 1992 in der Liste des Kultur- und Naturerbes der Welt UNESCO eingeschrieben ist, atmet mit einer unmittelbaren romantischen Atmosphäre. Die winzigen Gässchen von Hradschin und der Kleinseite übertragen Sie in die schon längst vergangene Zeit, die welteinzigarte kubistische Architektur vermischt mit barocken Kuppeln und eleganten gotischen Spitzbogen reißt sie mit ihrer Präzision hin und die Unzahl von historischen Denkmalen fesselt sie so an, dass sie nicht mehr an die Reise nach Hause denken wollen. Stellen sie sich nur vor. Morgen ergötzen sie sich an dem größten Burgkomplex der Welt, der Prager Burg, am Mittag hören sie das Glockengeläute der Astronomischen Uhr auf dem Altstädter Ring, nach dem Mittagessen blicken sie auf die Hauptstadt aus dem sagenhaften Wyschehrad herab. Und Abends genießen sie den Anblick auf Nacht-Prag aus der Karlsbrücke. Den Kulturfreunden bietet sich eine unzählige Menge von Galerien, Museen, Theatern und Kaffeehäusern an, die immer eine intellektuelle Aufklärung und unter anderem auch ein angenehmes Versteck vor der heißen Sonne bietet. Diejenigen, die mehr Kunst in der Herstellung von hochwertigem Alkohol sehen, müssen nicht verweifelt sein. Prags Weltprimat als Stadt, in der die größte Menge von Bier pro Person ausgetrunken wird, zeigt auf die riesige Anzahl von Bierhäusern und Kneipen, wo das weltbekannte tschechische Bier in Strömen fließt, und Bars, die nie schlafen. Die Hauptstadt der Tschechischen Republik ist nicht nur das Zentrum des Kulturgeschehens. Mit ihr verbinden ihren Namen auch einige weltbekannten tschechischen Sportstars, wie zum Beispiel der Athlet und Langstreckenläufer Emil Zátopek, der Speerwerfer Jan Železný oder die siebenfache Olympiasiegerin, vierfache Weltmeisterin, Gymnastin Věra Čáslavská. Prag strotzt auch mit dem größten Sportstadion der Welt, dem Strahov-Stadion, der zu heutiger Zeit zu dem Trainieren eines der erfolgreichsten tschechischen Fußballklubs, AC Sparta Praha, und zu Konzertveranstaltungen benutzt wird. Egal ob Sie nach Prag wegen Sport, neuer Ausstellung, Einkaufen, Architektur, Relaxation oder anderer Unterhaltung kommen, es gibt immer eine große Auswahl. Und sollten Sie zufällig eine lange Weile haben, können Sie sich auf den Aussichtsturm Petřín begeben. Nach der Bewältigung von 299 Treppen wird Ihnen eine fabelhafte Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt angeboten, und Sie können alle die Prager Türme und Türmchen direkt selbst zusammenzählen.

16 Sportangebot Die Europäischen Sommerspiele des Betriebssports werden im Jahre 2013 in Prag 27 Disziplinen anbieten (siehe unten). Die Wettkämpfe werden in einer Vor-, Zwischen- und Finalrunde ausgetragen und jeder Sportler hat eine garantierte Teilnahme an dem Donnerstags- wie auch dem Freitagssportprogramm. Die Finalwettkämpfe um die Medaillenplatzierung werden am Samstag stattfinden. Handelt es sich um Wettkämpfe im Turniermodus, dann spielen die Teilnehmer zuerst in Gruppen (jeder gegen jeden) und anschließend im K.O.-System. In der Kategorie über 40 Jahre (40+) können Sportler teilnehmen, die im Jahr Jahre alt werden, d.h. geboren und älter. Das Geburtsjahr ist ein entscheidendes Kriterium in der Alterseinteilung auch bei Leichtathletik, MTBO, Orientierungslauf, Radrennen und Schwimmen (z.b Jahre: geboren ). Die Teilnehmer haben die Möglichkeit, einige Sportarten zu kombinieren - ein Tag Leichtatletik und zweiter Tag Schwimmen oder die Kombination von Radrennen, MTBO und Orientierungslauf. Ein genauerer zeitlicher Ablauf dieser Disziplinen wird auf den Internetseiten und im Bulletin 3 veröffentlicht werden. Am Samstag 22. Juni 2013 findet für die Interessenten ein Stadtlauf (10km) durch Prag statt, der in der Teilnahmegebühr eingeschlossen ist. Badminton Mannschaftsturnier (Mixed), in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt sind - Offene Klasse und über 40 Jahre (40+). In der Kategorie Offene Klasse wird in dreigliedrigen Mannschaften gespielt (eine Dame und 2 Herren). Eine Mannschaft spielt 4 Begegnungen in dieser Reihenfolge: Mixed Doppel, Herreneinzel, Dameneinzel, Herrendoppel. In der Kategorie über 40 Jahre (40+) wird in viergliedrigen Mannschaften gespielt (2 Damen und 2 Herren). Das Team spielt 4 Begegnungen in dieser Reihenfolge: Mixed Doppel-1, Mixed Doppel-2, Herrendoppel, Damendoppel. Es wird auf 2 Gewinnsätze bis 15 Punkte gespielt. Bahnengolf Turnier, das in 2 Klassen unterteilt ist (ohne Alterseinteilung) Herren und Damen. Einzelturnier: 6 Runden je 18 Löcher (3 Runden/Tag). Es zählt das Ergebnis aller 6 Runden. Mannschaftsturnier: Das Team wir von 3 Spielern gebildet und es werden die Einzelergebnisse aus allen 6 Runden des Einzelturnieres zusammengezählt. Basketball Mannschaftsturnier, in dem die Teilnehmer in 4 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Herren Offene Klasse, Herren über 40 Jahre (40+), Damen Offene Klasse, Damen über 40 Jahre (40+). Die reine Spielzeit beträgt 2x 10 Minuten. Beach Volleyball Mannschaftsturnier, in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Offene Klasse und über 40 Jahre (40+). Es wird in 2-er Teams Damen, Herren und Mixed. Pro Begegnung wird auf 2 Gewinnsätze bis 15 Punkte gespielt. Ein eventueller 3. Satz nur bis 11 Punkte. Bowling Mannschaftsturnier (4 Spieler), ohne Alters- und Klasseneinteilung. Damen haben 5 Pins Handicap in allen Spielen. Es ist nicht möglich, während des Spiels die Bahn zu wechseln. Jede Mannschaft spielt 3 Runden pro Tag. Man beginnt mit der Qualifikation (1. Tag), nach der die Mannschaften aufgrund ihrer Gesamtleistung in leistungsbezogenen Klassen (A- bis D-Bewerb) aufgeteilt werden, dann wird gruppenweise fortgesetzt (2. Tag) und mit den finalen Wettkämpfen beendet (3. Tag). Bridge Turnier wird in Paaren und ohne Alterseinteilung gespielt. Wir garantieren 3-4 vollständige Sitzungen, bei jeder Sitzung wird mindestens 20 mal gegeben. Es wird die Mitchell oder Howell Methode angewendet (es hängt von der Anzahl der Teilnehmer ab und wird im Bulletin 3 und auf den Internetseiten präzisiert). Die Teilnehmer haben 2 Spieltage garantiert. Für Interessenten findet auch am Samstag noch ein Turnier statt. Darts Einzelturnier: in Damen und Herren unterteilt. Mannschaftsturnier: Das Team bilden 4 Spieler (Herren und/oder Damen). Jeder Wettkampf hat 6 Einzelspiele in dieser Reihenfolge: Einzel 1, Einzel 2, Doppel 1, Einzel 3, Einzel 4, Doppel 2. Alle Spiele werden als 501 Flying Start und Double Exit gespielt. An einem Tag werden die Wettkämpfe auf Sisal-, am zweiten Tag auf Elektronischen-Dartscheiben ausgetragen. Am Samstag findet für die Interessenten noch ein Turnier auf beliebige Dartscheibe statt. Floorball Mannschaftsturnier (5+1), in dem die Teilnehmer in 3 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Herren Offene Klasse, Herren über 40 Jahre (40+) und Damen Offene Klasse. Fußball 11 Spieler Herren-Mannschaftsturnier mit 11 Spielern (10+1). Die Spielzeit beträgt 2x 20 Minuten. Fußball 7 Spieler Mannschaftsturnier (6+1), in dem die Teilnehmer in 3 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Herren Offene Klasse, Herren über 40 Jahre (40+) und Damen. Die Spielzeit beträgt 2x 20 Minuten. Fußball 5 Spieler Mannschaftsturnier (4+1), in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Herren Offene Klasse, Herren über 40 Jahre (40+). Die Spielzeit beträgt 2x 15 Minuten. Golf Einzel-und Mannschaftsturnier (3 Spieler), das im System Stableford gespielt wird. Bei dem Mannschaftsturnier werden die Ergebnisse aus dem Einzelturnier zusammengezählt. Jeder Spieler spielt eine ganze Runde (18 Löcher) am Donnerstag und am Freitag. Den Start haben nur Spieler mit Handicap 0-36 erlaubt (Klasse A: HCP 0-9,9; Klasse B: HCP 10-19,9; Klasse C: HCP 20-36). Aus Kapazitätsgründen ist die Anzahl der Teilnehmer auf 240 limitiert und wegen großen Finanzaufwands ist die Teilnehmergebühr 180 EUR pro Person. Jedes Land hat eine limitierte Anzahl der Golfer nach der offiziellen Quote der EFCS, die auf den Internetseiten veöffentlicht ist. Handball Mannschaftsturnier (6+1), in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Herren Offene Klasse, Herren über 40 Jahre (40+), Damen Offene Klasse, Damen über 40 Jahre (40+). Leichtathletik Einzelwertung: Die Teilnehmer (Damen und Herren) werden in 5 Altersklassen (Klasse A: Jahre, B: Jahre, C: Jahre, D: Jahre, E: über 60 Jahre) und 11 Disziplinen (100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 4x 100m Staffel, Weitsprung, Hochsprung, Kugelstoßen, Speerwurf) eingeteilt. Mannschaftswertung: Mixedbewerb ohne Unterteilung in Altersklassen. Die Mannschaft besteht aus 3 Athleten (davon mindestens eine Dame) und es gibt 4 Disziplinen - 100m, 1500m, Weitsprung und Kugelstoßen. Alle Mannschaftsmitglieder müssen an allen 4 Disziplinen teilnehmen. Die Einzelresultate werden nach dem Altersfaktor der World Masters Athletics (WMA) korrigiert und dann laut IAAF Tabellen in Punkte umgerechnet. MTBO Einzel-und Mannschaftsbewerb (3-er Teams, die Ergebnisse werden aus den Einzelbewerben zusammengezählt), in dem die Teilnehmer in 5 Altersklassen unterteilt werden, die sowohl für Herren als auch für Damen gelten (Klasse A: Jahre, B: Jahre, C: Jahre, D: Jahre, E: über 60 Jahre). Die Länge der Strecke wird 12-15km, mit mindestens 20 Kontrollen. Die Wettfahrer haben 2 Rennen garantiert (Donnerstag + Freitag), davon jedes auf einer anderen Strecke. Die Teilnehmer müssen natürlich einen Helm benutzen.. Orientierungslauf Einzel- und Mannschaftsbewerb (3-er Teams, die Ergebnisse werden aus den Einzelbewerben zusammengezählt), in dem die Teilnehmer in 5 Altersklassen unterteilt werden, die sowohl für Herren als auch für Damen gelten (Klasse A: Jahre, B: Jahre, C: Jahre, D: Jahre, E: über 60 Jahre). Die Länge der Strecke wird gegen 5km für Sprintdistanz und gegen 10km für Klassische Einzeldistanz mit mindestens 20 Kontrollen. Die Teilnehmer haben 2 Wettläufe garantiert (Donnerstag + Freitag), jeder auf einer anderen Strecke. Der Kartenmaßstab beträgt 1: : Petanque Mannschaftsturnier ohne Alterseinteilung. An einem Tag findet das Turnier in 2-er Teams (Doppel) und am zweiten Tag in 3-er Teams (Trippel) statt. Beim Doppel hat jeder Spieler 3 Kugeln, beim Trippel hat jeder Spieler 2 Kugeln. Angewendet wird das Schweizer System bis 13 Punkte (in der Gruppen kann man nach vorheriger Vereinbarung bis 11 Punkte spielen) und jedes Team hat 5 Spiele pro Tag garantiert. Poker Einzelwertung ohne Alterseinteilung. Tische sind für 10 Spieler. Es wird nur um Sachpreise gespielt, nicht um Geld. Radrennen Die Teilnehmer werden in 5 Altersklassen aufgeteilt, die sowohl für Herren als auch für Damen gelten (Klasse A: Jahre, B: Jahre, C: Jahre, D: let, E: über 60 Jahre). Einzelwertung: Rennen (40-50km) und Zeitfahren (ca. 10km). Beide Wettrennen werden auf einer Asphaltstraße ausgetragen. Mannschaftswertung: Eine Mannschaft besteht aus 3 Radfahrern, es werden die Ergebnisse aus der Einzelwertung zusammengezählt. Die Teilnehmer müssen natürlich einen Helm benutzen.. Schach Einzelwertung nach Schweizer System über 9 Runden. Jeder Spieler hat für ein Spiel 30 Minuten. Am Samstag findet zusätzlich noch ein Blitzturnier statt. Schwimmen Einzelwertung, in der die Teilnehmer in 5 Altersklassen unterteilt werden, die sowohl für Herren als auch für Damen gelten (Klasse A: Jahre, B: Jahre, C: Jahre, D: Jahre, E: über 60 Jahre). Es gibt 12 Disziplinen (Freistil 50m, 100m und 200m; Rücken 50m und 100m; Brust 50m und 100m; Schmetterling 50m und 100m; Lagen 4x 25m; Staffel 4x 100m Freistil und 4x 50m Lagen). Sportkegeln Mannschaftsturnier (4 Spieler) mit zusätzlicher Einzelwertung (Damen und Herren), in dem die Teilnehmer in 3 Kategorien unterteilt sind Herren, Damen und Mixed (2 Damen und 2Herren). Es werden eine Vor- und Zwischenrunde über jeweils 100 Wurf mit einmaligem Bahnwechsel (25 Volle, 25 Abräumen je Bahn) gespielt. Es kann mit Voll- oder Lochkugel (bitte um Mitnahme) gespielt werden. Sportschießen Einzel- und Mannschaftsturnier für Herren und Damen in den Disziplinen Luftgewehr und Luftpistole. Einzelwertung: Herren haben 60 Schuss, Damen 40 Schuss. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch eine gemeinsame Wertung für Damen und Herren über 40 Jahre im Bewerb Luftgewehr-Auflage. Es werden jeweils 30 Schuss stehend aufgelegt geschossen. Mannschaftswertung: Das Team besteht aus 3 Schützen und es werden die Ergebnisse aus der Einzelwertung gezählt. Damen in der Herrenmannschaft müssen 60 Schuss abgeben und in der Einzelwertung werden die ersten 40 gezählt. Beschränkungen für die Einfuhr der Gewehre in die Tschechische Republik sind auf den Internetseiten veröffentlicht. Squash Mannschaftsturnier für Herren, Damen und Mixed, in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt werden Offene Klasse und über 40 Jahre (40+). Eine Mannschaft besteht aus 3 bis maximal 6 Spielern : eine 3-er Herrenmannschaft (mindestens 3 Herren), eine 3-er Damenmannschaft (mindestens 3 Damen) und Mixed (mindestens 2 Herren + mindestens eine Dame). Man spielt 3 Spiele (d.h. jeder Spieler spielt ein Spiel) und es wird auf 3 Gewinnsätze bis 11 Punkte gespielt. Tennis Mannschaftsturnier für Herren, Damen und Mixed, in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Offene Klasse und über 40 Jahre (40+). Ein Team besteht aus 2 bis maximal 4 Spielern. Das Team spielt insgesamt 3 Begegnungen in folgender Reihenfolge: Doppel, Einzel-1, Einzel-2. Es wird auf Zeit gespielt 5 Minuten Einspielen, 50 Minuten echte Spielzeit. Tischtennis Mannschaftsturnier für Herren, Damen und Mixed, in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Offene Klasse, über 40 Jahre (40+). Ein Team besteht aus 2 bis maximal 4 Spielern. Der Wettkampf beginnt mit dem Doppel, dann folgen Einzel-1 und Einzel-2. Es wird auf 3 Gewinnsätze bis 11 Punkte gespielt. Volleyball Mannschaftsturnier für Herren, Damen und Mixed, in dem die Teilnehmer in 2 Altersklassen unterteilt sind Offene Klasse, über 40 Jahre (40+). Das Team besteht aus 6 Spielern (Mixed mindestens aus 3 Damen). Pro Begegnung wird auf 2 Gewinnsätze bis 25 Punkte gespielt. Ein eventueller 3. Satz nur bis 15 Punkte. Im Falle, dass sich nicht genügend Teilnehmer für eine Sportart anmelden, behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, die entsprechende Sportart abzusagen oder einzelne Klassen zusammen zu legen. Jeder Teilnehmer reist und betreibt Sport auf eigene Gefahr. Der Organisator leistet nur die erste Hilfe. 18 Editorial de Didier Besseyre Lorsque la fédération européenne (EFCS) décide de confier l organisation des Jeux Européen du Sport d Entreprise à une ville, c est sur la base de la solidité du dossier présenté et de la reconnaissance de la Fédération Nationale du Sport d Entreprise (CFCS) du pays candidat. Ainsi, fort de l expérience de plusieurs tournois et des jeux d hiver de Špindlerův Mlýn, c est sans réserve que l EFCS a estimé que les conditions étaient réunies pour venir en République Tchèque et que nous avons décidé de confier l organisation de ces XIXèmes JEUX à la fédération tchèques (CFCS) et à la ville de Prague. Le nombre des installations sportives de Prague, ville dont l intérêt touristique et culturel est établi, tout autant que le savoir-faire tchèque en matière d accueil nous permettent déjà d envisager l engouement que vont susciter ces JEUX (ECSG 2013) auprès des participants réguliers et, nous l espérons, auprès de très nombreux nouveaux venus. Partout en Europe, l EFCS se renforce et se développe. L intérêt grandissant des sportifs, des entreprises mais aussi des instances locales, nationales et internationales pour nos JEUX sont le carburant de la motivation et de la nécessaire qualité pour ces manifestations. En venant nombreux à Prague, vous témoignerez une nouvelle fois votre attachement au plaisir de se retrouver pour pratiquer un sport sain, convivial, et respectueux de tous. Didier Besseyre Président de l EFCS Le mot des organisateurs Les Jeux Européens du Sport d Entreprise sont un événement sportif exceptionnel, pour tous les sportifs et sportives amateurs qui vont se mesurer sur un terrain autre que celui du bureau tout en consolidant leurs relations professionnelles. Du côté des infrastructures, les jeux européens bénéficieront des mêmes installations que les compétitions de sport de haut niveau, les meilleurs complexes sportifs car certaines performances sont comparables avec celles des sportifs professionnels. La même importance est donnée au programme qui est riche. Ce grand événement international qui a eu lieu la première fois en 1977 à Eindhoven en Hollande a lieu, sous la tutelle de la Fédération Européenne du Sport d Entreprise, tous les deux ans, en changeant à chaque fois de pays et de ville. En 2013, les jeux auront lieu à Prague, capitale de la République tchèque. Nous espérons que la qualité et le prix de nos hôtels ainsi que l atmosphère des rencontres du soir dans le «meeting point» seront pour vous très agréable. Nous avons veillé au bon choix de l hébergement, des installations sportives et du «meeting point» pour que vous puissiez passer le moins de temps possible dans les transports en commun. En ce qui concerne le programme sportif, nous avons fait en sorte que vous puissiez pratiquer non seulement votre sport et aussi visiter Prague, qui est une des plus belles villes de l Europe, et que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de tout ce qu elle offre. D ores et déjà, nous pouvons vous assurer que nous ferons tout pour que vous ayez des souvenirs inoubliables, notamment pour les jeux européens. Votre équipe d organisateurs tchèques Le mot du maire Prague tout le monde la connaît comme une des plus belles capitales historiques dans le monde avec de nombreux monuments magnifiques et avec une vie culturelle riche. C est un héritage de notre passé qu on respecte immensément et duquel on prend soin avec l amour pour les générations futures. Mais en même temps, nous essayons de faire le maximum pour que la ville de Prague s inscrive dans la conscience comme une ville moderne, en développement dynamique, qui offre et assure un environnement de qualité pour les visiteurs ainsi que pour ses habitants. Notre objectif est de faire en sorte que Prague ne soit pas seulement vue comme une ville avec un taux de chômage bas, comme une ville de plein emploi, mais aussi comme une ville pleine de bonne valeur avec ses alternatives : comment passer du temps libre, comment récupérer des forces lors d une relaxation par exemple par le sport. Le soutien, à long terme, au sport comprend la construction des complexes sportifs multi-usages, l extension des pistes cyclables, l aménagement des parcs pour des sports de loisirs. L année 2012 est marquée par la réalisation de nos nombreux projets, tels que des semaines du sport gratuit ou le Sommet de Prague des sports qui prennent en charge justement le développement des activités sportives dans notre ville et informent les habitants et les visiteurs de leurs larges offres. En 2013, le point culminant de nos efforts, visant à élargir le sport auprès du grand public, seront les Jeux Européens du Sport d Entreprise qui auront lieu à Prague. C est pourquoi, nous aimerions vous inviter à vous mesurer aux Jeux Européens du Sport d Entreprise qui se dérouleront en 2013 à Prague. Nous pensons que nous arriverons à vous assurer une atmosphère particulière et qu après des jeux réussis, vous reviendrez chez nous avec plaisir. Et peut- -être encore pour un événement sportif. 19 Le mot d une légende Prague Je sens que nous, les sportifs professionnels les contemporains comme les anciens avons l obligation de soutenir le sport partout et à tous les niveaux. Personnellement, j aime le faire et je le fais souvent. Je sais bien quelle joie on a quand on marque un but qui permet à son équipe de remporter le championnat d Europe. Mais je pense que la même joie peut-être ressentie quand par exemple un joueur amateur de football ne marque qu une seule fois dans sa vie un but magnifique quelque part sur le terrain de football du village. Et il est possible que cela va se graver dans sa mémoire, que ça va lui laisser des traces dans la mémoire encore plus que nous qui ont joué de nombreux matchs tout au long de notre carrière. C est ce qui prouve que le sport est beau, qu on n oublie pas ces expériences et qu on peut toujours se les rappeler après des années. Elles sont pour moi toujours une source d optimisme. Ça sera aussi pareil pour les autres sportifs et pas seulement pour des sportifs de haut niveau. Les Jeux Européens du Sport d Entreprise sont une occasion de marquer un tel but de sa vie (ou alors un panier ou un smash). Je suis sûr qu on peut se faire, pendant les jeux, des souvenirs pour toujours. Je suis heureux que partout là où c est possible ce soient des équipes qui jouent, qui participent aux jeux. Celui qui fait partie d un groupe ne peut pas penser qu à lui. Il est également responsable en partie de ses coéquipiers, ils doivent s aider, sinon personne n arrivera nulle part. C est quelque chose qui nous forme. Moi personnellement, j ai l impression que des joueurs de football ou des joueurs des autres sports collectifs se comportent un peu différemment que ceux qui se consacrent aux sports individuels. Au cours de la vie sportive, on connaît des victoires ainsi que des défaites et les deux sont importantes. Même la défaite peut nous apporter quelque chose. Celui qui n apprend pas à supporter la défaite ne pourra pas gagner même cette expérience est utile pour les équipes des jeux d entreprise qui dans leur vie quotidienne, seront en compétitivité avec leurs concurrents sur le marché. Et pourquoi venir aux jeux justement à Prague? C est facile, Prague se situe au cœur de l Europe, c est une ville magnifique où vous allez rencontrer, à chaque pas, l histoire. Mais en même temps, elle a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour qu une telle manifestation sportive se déroule facilement et à un niveau honorable. Je crois assurément que tous ceux qui vont participer aux jeux seront contents. Une des plus belles villes d Europe est qualifiée depuis le 19e siècle de ville de «cent tours». Les tours pragoises ont été comptées déjà plusieurs fois, le nombre total est estimé à un millier et plus de 120 qui sont les plus connues. Même si leur nombre ne sera probablement jamais déterminé, une chose est certaine, toutes ces tours et tourelles avec la silhouette dominante du Château de Prague constituent un panorama inoubliable qui a fasciné plus d un écrivain ou artiste. Et il est sûr également qu il vous impressionnera, qu il vous émerveillera. Le centre historique de Prague qui est depuis 1992 dans la liste du patrimoine mondial de l UNESCO «respire» directement une atmosphère romantique. Des petites rues des quartiers «Hradschin» et «Petit côté» vous amèneront au passé lointain, l architecture cubiste unique au monde mêlée avec des dômes baroques et avec une ogive gothique élégante vous émerveilleront par leur précision et le grand nombre des monuments historiques vous impressionnera tellement que vous n aurez même pas envie de penser à rentrer chez vous. Imaginez, le matin vous profitez du Château de Prague, le plus grand complexe de château au monde, à midi vous écoutez la sonnerie de l horloge sur la place de la Vieille- -Ville, après le déjeuner vous regardez la capitale d un haut du château mythique «Vyšehrad», et le soir vous profitez de la vue sur Prague de nuit depuis le célèbre «pont Charles». Prague possède aussi en plus le plus grand stade de sport au monde, le Grand Stade Strahov qui est aujourd hui utilisé pour les entraînements de l AC Sparta Praha, l un des meilleurs clubs de football tchèques ; il sert aussi pour l organisation de concerts. Si vous arrivez à Prague que ce soit pour le sport, une nouvelle exposition, des achats, l architecture, la relaxation ou d autres plaisirs, vous aurez toujours du choix. Et si par hasard, il vous arrive d avoir du temps libre, vous pouvez visiter la Tour de Petřín. Après avoir monté les 299 marches, vous aurez une vue extraordinaire sur toute la capitale et alors vous pourrez vous-même compter directement toutes les tours et tourelles pragoises.

20 Disciplines sportives Les Jeux Européens du Sport d Entreprise auront lieu à Prague en 2013 et comporteront 27 disciplines sportives (listées ci- -dessous). Les compétitions seront divisées en deux phases : une phase qualificative et une phase finale. On garantit à chaque sportif une participation au programme le jeudi et le vendredi. Les matchs de la phase finale qui donneront lieu à remise de médailles se dérouleront le samedi. Pour les tournois, les participants vont jouer d abord les uns contre les autres en poules et ensuite, on appliquera le système éliminatoire. Dans la catégorie d âge «40 ans et plus» (40+), les personnes peuvent participer si elles ont atteint 40 ans ou plus en 2013, c est-à-dire qui sont nées le 31 décembre 1973 ou avant. L année de naissance est aussi un critère décisif pour des répartitions en groupe selon l âge pour les disciplines suivantes : l athlétisme, la course d orientation, le cyclisme, la natation et le VTT d orientation (par exemple la catégorie d âge ans : personnes nées entre le 1er janvier 1973 et le 31 décembre 1982). Les participants ont la possibilité de combiner quelques disciplines : l athlétisme (un jour) avec la natation (le deuxième jour) ou la course d orientation, le cyclisme et le VTT d orientation. Un planning de temps détaillé pour ces disciplines sera publié sur le site internet et dans le Bulletin 3. Le samedi 22 juin 2013, une course de fond (10km) est organisée pour les intéressés dans la ville de Prague et elle est déjà inclue dans les frais de participation. Athlétisme Compétition individuelle: Les participants (les hommes et les femmes) sont répartis en 5 catégories d âge (classe A : ans, classe B : ans, classe C : ans, classe D : ans, classe E : au-dessus de 60 ans). Les compétitions se répartissent en 11 disciplines (course de 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 5000m, relais 4x 100m, saut en longueur, saut en hauteur, lancer de poids, lancer de javelot). Compétition en équipe: La compétition mixte sans limitation d âge. L équipe se compose de 3 athlètes (dont au moins 1 femme) et participe aux 4 disciplines suivantes: course 100m, 1500m, saut en longueur, lancer de poids. Tous les membres de l équipe doivent participer à toutes les 4 disciplines. Les résultats individuels seront ajustés d après le «facteur d âge» de World Masters Athletics (WMA) et ensuite recomptés en points d après les tables de l IAAF. Badminton Tournoi d équipe (mixte) dans lequel les participants sont répartis dans 2 catégories d âge Open et «40 ans et plus» (40+). Dans la catégorie Open, l équipe se compose de 3 joueurs (dont 2 hommes et 1 femme). L équipe participe aux 4 disciplines dans l ordre suivant : couples mixtes, hommes individuels, femmes individuelles, couples hommes. Dans la catégorie «40 ans et plus» (40+), l équipe se compose de 4 joueurs (dont 2 hommes et 2 femmes). L équipe participe aux 4 disciplines dans l ordre suivant : couples mixtes-1, couples mixtes-2, couples hommes, couples femmes. Les jeux sont joués en 2 sets gagnants jusqu à 15 points. Basket-Ball Tournoi d équipe dans lequel les participants sont répartis dans 4 catégories d âge - hommes Open, hommes «40 ans et plus» (40+), femmes Open, femmes «40 ans et plus» (40+). La durée de jeu est 2x 10 minutes de temps effectif. Beach-Volley Tournoi d équipe dans lequel les participants sont répartis dans 2 catégories d âge - Open et «40 ans et plus» (40+). L équipe se compose de 2 joueurs: hommes, femmes et mixtes. On joue en 2 sets gagnants jusqu à 15 points. Le 3e set éventuel se joue seulement jusqu à 11 points. Bowling Tournoi d équipe (4 joueurs), sans limitation d âge. Les équipes peuvent être soit féminines, soit masculins, ou bien mixtes. Les femmes reçoivent 5 quilles créditées dans tous les jeux. Il n est pas possible de changer de piste pendant le jeu. Chaque équipe joue 3 tours par jour. On commence par une qualification (le 1er jour) qui divisera les équipes en classes de performance (A-D), puis on continue à jouer en poules (le 2e jour) et enfin on termine le tournoi par les matchs de finale (le 3e jour). Bridge Tournoi est joué par paire sans limitation d âge. Nous garantissons 3-4 reprises par tournoi (séances complètes) de moins de 20 donnes. On jouera d après la méthode soit de Mitchell soit d Howell - d après le nombre de participants. Tout sera précisé dans le Bulletin 3 et sur le site internet www. ecsg2013.eu. Nous garantissons aux participants 2 jours à jouer. En plus, un tournoi aura lieu samedi pour ceux qui sont intéressés. Course d Orientation Compétition individuelle et compétition en équipe (l équipe de 3 sportifs, on additionne les résultats de chaque sportif de la compétition individuelle) dans laquelle les participants sont repartis dans 5 catégories d âge, que ce soit catégorie hommes ou femmes (classe A : ans, classe B: ans, classe C: ans, classe D : ans, classe E: au-dessus de 60 ans). La longueur du parcours sera d environ 5km (pour la compétition sprint) et de 10km (pour la compétition classique) avec au moins 20 contrôles. Nous garantissons aux participants 2 compétitions (le jeudi et le vendredi), chaque jour sur un parcours différent. Les cartes seront à l échelle de 1: : Cyclisme Les participants sont repartis dans 5 catégories d âge, que ce soit catégorie hommes ou femmes (classe A: ans, classe B: ans, classe C: ans, classe D: ans, classe E: au-dessus de 60 ans). Compétition individuelle: La course de 40-50km et le contre-la-montre d environ 10km. Toutes les deux compétitions auront lieu sur une route asphalte. Compétition en équipe: L équipe se compose de 3 participants, on additionne les résultats de chaque sportif de la compétition individuelle. Les participants sont obligés de porter un casque. Échecs Tournoi individuel en 9 tours qui sera évalué d après le système suisse, 30 minutes pour chaque joueur pendant un jeu. En plus, un tournoi «blitz» aura lieu samedi. Fléchettes Tournoi individuel: La subdivision en hommes et femmes. Tournoi en équipe: L équipe se compose de 4 joueurs (hommes et/ou femmes). Chaque match est constitué de 6 jeux individuels dans l ordre suivant : joueur individuel-1, joueur individuel-2, couple-1, joueur individuel-3, joueur individuel-4, couple-2. Tous les jeux se jouent comme 501 «flying start» et «double exit». Un jour, le tournoi aura lieu en cibles en fibres Sisal, l autre jour en cibles électroniques. Le samedi, un tournoi sur la cible au choix aura lieu pour ceux qui sont intéressés. Floorball Tournoi en équipe (5+1) dans lequel les participants sont repartis dans 3 catégories hommes Open, hommes «40 ans et plus» (40+), femmes Open. Football à 11 Tournoi en équipe de 11 joueurs hommes (10+1). La durée de jeu est 2x 20 minutes. Football à 7 Tournoi en équipe (6+1) dans lequel les participants sont repartis dans 3 catégories hommes Open, hommes «40 ans et plus» (40+), femmes. La durée de jeu est 2x 20 minutes. Football à 5 Tournoi en équipe (4+1) dans lequel les participants sont repartis dans 2 catégories hommes Open, hommes «40 ans et plus» (40+). La durée de jeu est 2x 15 minutes. Golf Tournoi individuel et tournoi en équipe (3 joueurs) d après la méthode Stableford. Pour le tournoi en équipe, on additionne les résultats de chaque joueur du tournoi individuel. Chaque participant joue une partie complète (18 trous) le jeudi et le vendredi. La participation est autorisée seulement aux joueurs avec le handicap 0-36 (classe A : HCP 0-9,9 ; classe B : HCP 10-19,9 ; classe C : HCP 20-36). Pour les raisons de capacité, le nombre de participants est limité à 240. Et pour la raison d une plus grande exigence financière, les frais de participation pour le golf sont 180 EUR par personne.
