Curriculum vitae PhDr. Jiří Holba, PhD. Personal: Born 11. 5. 1953 in Vsetín, former Czechoslovakia. Since 1986 married, three childern (1986, 1988, 1991). 1971 skilled electrician. 1972 1974 military service. 1974 1997 railway worker, electrician, assistant driver, caretaker, gardener, voluntary social worker, boilerman etc. During the time of the Communist he could not study. Education: 1984 1989 he followed private flat s seminars on Philosophy a Religious Studies (lecturers ThDr. M. Balabán, PhDr. E. Bondy and prof. M. Machovec). 1995 MA Sanskrit, Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague. 1997 1998 the fellowship of Swiss Government for East Europe, University of Lausanne, Department of Oriental Languages and Cultures (Prof. T.
