Dear Business Friends, LIST OF REFERENCES IMPORTANT PROJECTS FOR THE WATER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT 2001 2011 Since its incorporation in 1990, ltd. has focused on consulting, designing and engineering services related mainly to water management. The current condition of water infrastructure is very neglected and investments in its construction and renewal are very costly. Without a major financial assistance from domestic sources and, in particular, without grants provided by the European Union it would not be possible to implement these investment projects. Bearing this in mind, we have been focusing both on designing and engineering work and on services related to the provision of funds for these projects. Our objective is not only to develop the design documentation, but mainly to ensure successful implementation of projects, which is only possible with sufficient financial sources, i.e. the grants, too. At the end of the last century we got to understand the meaning of the EU for the new acceding countries, i.e. the Czech Republic. An important milestone for getting a grant out of the EU for the projects was the year 2000, which was the beginning of the EU planning period of 2000-2006. We have been involved in the process of preparing projects in the field of the environment since the very start. In this respect, an important milestone for the future development of has been the Dyje river basin protection project. In 2002, this project received one of the highest grants from the ISPA fund in the absolute values and was successfully completed in September 2007. We have significantly participated in the preparation and implementation of the project. Over the existence of our company, we have been involved in the preparation and implementation of many more or less important projects in the field of the environment. On the following pages of this brochure you can see the overview of important projects successfully received substantial grants from the EU since 2000. Our company is providing design and engineering services to many other smaller projects that have been successfully commissioned, currently being prepared or implemented. Ing.
