Hi guys! My name is Ondra Novák and I am the managing director of Bright Element fresh, full of energy and we do believe that very successful in future project started at about two and half years ago while I was studying in the third grade of the university, which we started with a bunch of young people and a senior guy who provided us with the motivation and the financials which are definitely very important. What we do in Bright Element is working with young people which we do really enjoy and really like. We are a company that is providing our clients with relevant basis for their decision making. What does it mean in the real world is that we re working with data information, we do information and data retrieval, trying to put the data together, analyse them, see what the conclusions are. And what it could be basically, if you re doing some kind of like analysis within your studies at the university or trying to analyse what the market potential is, who are the competitors, how big is the customer base, what are the customer preferences, whatever that s basically what we do. So we are trying to help companies to grow, develop, enter new markets, identify their position or new opportunities and what we do really like is working with trends. What we do or what our employees should have I would say the attitude is winning. You know, for the work that we do, you probably wouldn t get like a certain faculty like Bright Element faculty when the guys who are studying there or have, you know, like passed these studies are the ones that we do employ. Our employees actually are from like a large variety of universities, different specializations, different programmes, different let s say approach. And what was always important for us is this kind of like that you want to be perfect. Always you want to be perfect. If you re the like recruitment system in our company is that you send your CV. If you re a student, we would give you like a initial task to process on your own within like the given time which is like three or four hours, which is not much. So combining the seniority with the juniority is the optimal model, I would say, because you have drive in the team and you have always someone who could like, you know some people say that you have to learn from your mistakes but somehow you could accelerate the process by listening to people that had already gone through this and are always open to provide you with consultancy or telling you what should be probably the best.

Jmenuju se Ondra Novák a jsem ředitelem firmy Bright Element čerstvého, plného energie a, jak doufáme, v budoucnu úspěšného projektu, který začal před dvěma a půl roku během mého studia třetího ročníku univerzity. Co to ve skutečnosti znamená je, že pracujeme s informacemi, provádíme vyhledávání informací a dat, snažíme se shromažďovat data, analyzovat je a vyvozovat z toho závěry. Je to v podstatě něco, jako když děláte během svého studia na univerzitě analýzu nebo se snažíte analyzovat potenciál trhu, kdo jsou konkurenti, jak velká je zákaznická základna, jaké jsou preference zákazníků atd. To je v podstatě to, co děláme. Snažíme se pomáhat firmám, aby rostly, rozvíjely se, vstupovaly na nové trhy, určujeme jejich pozici nebo nové příležitosti. To co nás opravdu baví, je pracovat s trendy. Co děláme nebo co by naši zaměstnanci měli mít řekl bych, že přístup je nejdůležitější. Pro práci, jakou děláme, asi neexistuje nějaká fakulta, nějaká fakulta Bright Element, kde by tamější studenti prošli studiem a my bychom je zaměstnali. Naši zaměstnanci jsou z nejrůznějších univerzit, nejrůznějších specializací, programů, nejrůznějších řekněme přístupů. To, co je pro nás důležité, je snaha chtít dosáhnout dokonalosti. Vždycky usilujete o dokonalost. Jestli jste náborový systém v naší firmě funguje tak, že pošlete životopis. Jestliže jste student, zadáme vám úvodní úkol k samostatnému zpracování během dané doby, která bývá tři až čtyři hodiny, což není mnoho. Řekl bych, že optimální model je kombinace zkušených a mladých pracovníků, protože tak máte v týmu dynamiku, ale i někoho, kdo by vždycky mohl třeba někdo říká, že chybami se člověk učí. Ale tento proces se dá urychlit tím, že nasloucháte lidem, kteří si tím už prošli a vždycky vám rádi poskytnou konzultaci nebo vám řeknou, co by bylo asi nejlepší.
