HV disconnectors In 2004 První Elektro launched a production of HV disconnectors formerly product of ABB. This product is being used in power industry,, in mining and machinery building. It can disconnect a circuit with up to nominal load. Typical utilization are circuits with transformers, motors, capacitors, cables and overhead transmission lines. Together with an appropriate fuse it may serve as a short- circiut current protection. These disconnectors exist in 2 nominal voltage levels 12 and 25 kv.
