Set to Ecologicl, the het source will e selected sed on ecologicl prmeters, resulting in minimistion of primry energy consumption. # Code Description [A.6.7] [7 04] Defines whether switching etween opertion modes is either economiclly or ecologiclly optimised. Primry energy fctor 0 (Economicl)(defult): reduction of energy costs 1 (Ecologicl): reduction of primry energy consumption, ut not necessrily energy costs The primry energy fctor indictes how mny units of primry energy (nturl gs, crude oil, or other fossil fuels, prior to undergoing ny humn-mde conversions or trnsformtions) re needed to otin 1 unit of certin (secondry) energy source, such s electricity. The primry energy fctor for nturl gs is 1. Assuming n verge electricity production efficiency (including trnsporttion losses) of 40%, the primry energy fctor for electricity equls 2.5 (=1/0.40). The primry energy fctor llows you to compre 2 different energy sources. In this cse, the primry energy use of the het pump is compred to the nturl gs use of the gs oiler. 16

The leving wter temperture is clculted ccording to the difference etween desired nd ctul room temperture. This llows etter mtching of the het pump cpcity to ctul required cpcity nd results in less strt/stop cycles of the het pump nd more economic opertion. N/A [8-06] Leving wter temperture mximum modultion: 0 C~10 C (defult: 5 C) Requires modultion to e enled. This is the vlue y which the desired leving wter temperture is incresed or lowered. T t : Trget leving wter temperture (min) T : Outdoor temperture In order to optimise comfort s well s running costs, it is recommended to choose wether-dependent setpoint opertion. Set the settings crefully; they hve significnt influence on het pump s well s oiler opertion. Too high leving wter temperture cn result in constnt oiler opertion. T t When leving wter temperture modultion is enled, the wether dependent curve needs to e set to higher position thn [8-06] plus the minimum leving wter temperture setpoint required to rech stle condition on the comfort setpoint for the room. To increse efficiency, modultion cn lower the leving wter setpoint. By setting the wether dependent curve to higher position, it cnnot drop elow the minimum setpoint. See the illustrtion elow.
