Presentation, reference projects and realization of buildings the company The company SATER PROJEKT s.r.o. was established in June 1993 by the home company SUTER + SUTER Prague s.r.o. (as the direct representation of the Swiss firm SUTER + SUTER) and by two natural persons (Ing.arch. Leo Provaz a Ing. Zdeněk Dobiáš) as an independent company under the name SUTER + SUTER PROJEKT s.r.o. At the beginning of the year 1996, the Czech part of the firm SUTER + SUTER became independent and in the half of the same year, the name of the home firm was changed to SATER GROUP s.r.o. and the name of the designer s part in Kolín to SATER PROJEKT s.r.o. Since 1 September 2008, the engineering company SATER PROJEKT s.r.o. has been totally independent. It has taken place in Kolín and has continued in its activities with the same name, in the same quantity and with the same scope of employment but without any relationship with the company SATER GROUP in Prague. The Company has the liability insurance in respect to the consequences of professional errors in terms of its work, namely amounting to 15 mill. CZK. Amount could be as necessary clients increased up to 60 mill. CZK. In 2003, the company SATER PROJEKT, s.r.o., acquired the certificate No. 3009/14603/SMJ from ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001. The company continues to renew the certificate successfully as well as it satisfies necessary criteria of quality. Company currently has owncertificate ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009.

(of 30) The trade turnover of the company amounts to approximately 50 to 60 mill. CZK / year. At present, the company supplies all kinds of orders in its region and the Czech Republic, and that is why it is one of the greatest and most powerfull engeneering companies. Since August 2002, the company has its own internet website where it is possible to find needed information and summary of all realized projects, including the photodocumentation of most noted buildings. (of 30) Currently, the company has 35 employees and approximately 25 permanent external cooperators specialists. The employees are divided into professional groups according to the specialization. At the head of the abovementioned groups (departments) are their chiefs experts in their professions, members of the Republic Chamber of Engineers and Technicians Active in Construction and of the Czech

(of 30) Chamber of Architects. At present, the total number of the authorized workers is 8. The activity of the Company consists in the ensurance of complete projects of housing, civil and industrial constructions from the architectonic studies to the asbuilt documentation including the interiors and solution of green areas, with a complete engineertechnical service, procurement of the planning and building permits as well as with the author s and technical supervision as far as to the final approval. The activity of the Company is extended by the preparation of statical opinions and fire evaluations of the objects. The professions not included in our Company are ensured, in the form of a permanent cooperation, from the side of other companies or specialists. The abovementioned concerns: technological parts of the constructions (technological units), ventilation and expertises of price estimations. The economic run, i.e. contractual relations, invoicing and other activities in conjunction with the running of businesses, is ensured by an independent department. Software equipement of the Company: The total number of the personal computers is 33. From that 25 graphics computer workstations. All the computers are interconnected along the internal computer network. The Company is equipped with three colour plotters A0 (accessible by the computer network), the colour computer printers A3, scanner A0 and a CD/DVD burners. The software equipment contains: AUTOCAD, NEMETSCHEK, COREL DRAW, WINDOWS, WORD, EXCEL or OFFICE The statical department uses the calculation programs: FIN EC, GEO 5 and ESA The personal computers have their laser printers on intranet network. Technical equipement: Besides the computer technology, the Company is equipped with a copying center of its own, namely both for large drawings with the help of Xerox 3050 and Xerox 6204 with colour scanner A0 as well as the normal text materials by Canon NP 6028 with an efficient digital copier Canon ir 3300. The Company is equipped also with basic instrument used for simple geodetic works (the level instrument Sokia with full equipement) and and by distance laser meter Hilti, used for real geodetic distance measurement of existing objects.
