To check the wter volume nd flow rte Minimum wter volume There re no requirements for the minimum wter volume. Minimum flow rte Check tht the minimum flow rte in the instlltion is gurnteed in ll conditions. This minimum flow rte is required during defrost/ ckup heter opertion. For this purpose, use the overpressure ypss vlve delivered with the unit. When circultion in ech or certin spce heting loops is controlled y remotely controlled vlves, it is importnt tht the minimum flow rte is gurnteed, even if ll vlves re closed. Connect the liquid stop vlve from the outdoor unit to the refrigernt liquid connection of the indoor unit. 4. Mounting the indoor unit 4.. To connect the wter piping Do NOT use excessive force when connecting the piping. Deformtion of the piping cn cuse mlfunctioning of the unit. To fcilitte service nd mintennce, shut-off vlves nd overpressure ypss vlve re provided. Mount the shut-off vlves on the spce heting wter inlet nd spce heting wter outlet. To ensure the minimum flow rte (nd prevent overpressure), instll the overpressure ypss vlve on the spce heting wter outlet. 8 Instll the shut-off vlves on the spce heting wter pipes. Screw the indoor unit nuts on the shut-off vlve. Connect the domestic hot wter in nd out pipes to the indoor unit.
4 Instlltion c d 4.4. To connect the drin hose to the drin Wter coming from the pressure relief vlve is collected in the drin pn. The drin pn is connected to drin hose inside the unit. You must connect the drin hose to n pproprite drin ccording to the pplicle legisltion. You cn route the drin hose through the left or right side pnel. Prerequisite: The user interfce pnel nd front pnel hve een removed. c d Spce heting/cooling wter out Spce heting/cooling wter in Domestic hot wter out Domestic cold wter in (cold wter supply) Remove one of the side pnels. Cut out the ruer grommet. Pull the drin hose through the hole. 4 Rettch the side pnel. Ensure the wter cn flow through the drin tue. It is recommended to use tundish to collect the wter. Option : Through the left side pnel It is recommended to instll shut-off vlves to domestic cold wter in nd domestic hot wter out connections. These shut-off vlves re field supplied. Overpressure ypss vlve (delivered s ccessory). We recommend to instll the overpressure ypss vlve in the spce heting wter circuit. T5 Mind the minimum flow rte when djusting the overpressure ypss vlve setting. See ".. To check the wter volume nd flow rte" on pge 6 nd "6.. To check the minimum flow rte" on pge. A pressure relief vlve (field supply) with n opening pressure of mximum 0 r must e instlled on the domestic cold wter inlet connection in ccordnce with the pplicle legisltion. 4.4. Option : Through the right side pnel To connect the recircultion piping Prerequisite: Only required if you need recircultion in your system. Remove the top pnel from the unit, see "4.. To open the indoor unit" on pge 6. Cut out the ruer grommet on top of the unit, nd remove the stop. The recircultion connector is plced elow the hole. Route the recircultion piping through the grommet nd connect it to the recircultion connector. T5 4.4.4 4 Rettch the top pnel. To fill the wter circuit To fill the wter circuit, use field supply filling kit. Mke sure you comply with the pplicle legisltion. 4 Instlltion 4.4.5 To fill the domestic hot wter tnk Open every hot wter tp in turn to purge ir from the system pipe work. Open the cold wter supply vlve. Close ll wter tps fter ll ir is purged. 4 Check for wter leks. 5 Mnully operte the field-instlled pressure relief vlve to ensure free wter flow through the dischrge pipe. 4.4.6 To insulte the wter piping 4 +c The piping in the complete wter circuit MUST e insulted to prevent condenstion during cooling opertion nd reduction of the heting nd cooling cpcity. After it is instlled, do NOT forget to configure the sfety thermostt. Without configurtion, the indoor unit will ignore the sfety thermostt contct. When uto emergency is set to Mnul nd het pump filure occurs, the domestic hot wter nd spce heting opertion will stop nd need to e recovered mnully vi the user interfce. To recover opertion mnully, go to the Mlfunctioning min menu screen, where the user interfce will then sk you to confirm whether the ckup heter cn tke over the het lod or not. Emergency We recommend to set Emergency to Automtic if the house is unttended for longer periods. If het pump filure occurs nd Emergency is set to Mnul, the room frost protection function, the underfloor heting screed dryout function, nd the wter pipe ntifreeze function will remin ctive even if the user does NOT confirm emergency opertion. Numer of zones The system cn supply leving wter to up to wter temperture zones. During configurtion, the numer of wter zones must e set. If the ckup heter is ville, the voltge, configurtion nd cpcity must e set on the user interfce. The cpcities for the different steps of the ckup heter must e set for the energy metering nd/or power consumption control feture to work properly. Nominl vlue depends on ckup heter configurtion. 5..5 Configurtion wizrd: Min zone The most importnt settings for the min leving wter zone cn e set here. Emitter type Depending on the system wter volume nd the heter emitter type of the min zone, the het up or cool down of the min zone cn tke longer. This setting cn compenste for slow or quick heting/cooling system during the het up/cool down cycle. The trget delt T for the min zone will depend on this setting.
