INTRODUCTION The modern history of ALPINE Group dates back to 1992 when ALPINE Bau Company, based in Austria at that time, entered Czechia s market. Thanks to its business strategy, ALPINE Group could break not only into Czechia s market, but expanded, through its subsidiary companies, also into Slovakia, Austria and Poland. The objective of ALPINE Group is to permanently belong to the best companies in the construction sector. NTRODUCING WE ARE INTRODUCING Being a PSJ Group member since 2014, ALPINE Bau CZ a.s. has been an important player on the construction market of the Czech Republic for almost 25 years. The key segment of our business activities includes traffic-related structures, such as motorways, roads and railways, as well as underground utility services and hydraulic structures. Among other things, we also specialise in laying asphalt surfaces, building sewerage systems, paving surfaces, building biogas stations and cycle tracks or carrying out watercourse adjustments and revitalizations. Thanks to using top-quality machines and technologies, we have been, for 25 years, a guarantee of high quality, reliability and procedures based upon the latest construction techniques, with our focus being at the same time on minimizing environmental impacts of construction activities. ALPINE Bau CZ a.s. holds the following certificates: ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008. Our structures reflect long years of experience, expertise and skills of our staff. Last year, we recruited 412 qualified employees. We have been permanently concentrating our attention on technical secondaryschool and university graduates who will always find the doors open for them to start their career in building industry. The production sector comprises three plants. NTRODUCING WE ARE INTRODUCING Having existed for more than 20 years, SILASFALT Company has gained a significant share of the asphalt mixtures market in the Czech Republic, and, with its 7 asphalt mixing plants, it serves the whole area of Moravia. Thanks to the location of its asphalt mixing plants, ALPINE Bau CZ a.s. is one of the few companies, which are able to meet all needs of the companies based in Moravian-Silesian, Zlín and South Moravian Regions. Furthermore, we can also serve a part of Olomouc Region, part of Vysočina Region, and particularly the border areas of Slovakia, Poland and Austria. A wide variety of articles, which include basic asphalt mixtures according to ČSN EN 13 108, has been extended in some asphalt plants to also include the so called special mixtures, such as coloured asphalt mixtures as well as mixtures with addition of recycled asphalt. SILASPHALT holds the following certificates: ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN EN 13108-1, 2, 5 and 7, and the certificate for asphalt mixtures manufacture management. NTRODUCING WE ARE INTRODUCING Alpine Slovakia spol. s r.o. is the subsidiary of Alpine Bau CZ. It has been operating in Slovakia in the field of road construction and underground utility services for 22 years now. Although Alpine Slovakia s key segment includes primarily the construction of roads and road-related structures, it is also engaged about constructing water pipe lines and sewerage systems, paving surfaces and reconstructing water courses, but also about revitalizing town and city centres and laying asphalt surfaces. The structures build by Alpine Slovakia combine top technology and high quality with many years of experience of its specialists. At present, Alpine Slovakia has a staff of 122. Being a modern company, Alpine Slovakia strives hard to minimize the environmental impacts of construction. Alpine Slovakia holds the following certificates: EN ISO 9001:2009, EN ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2008. With its headquarters in Bratislava, Alpine Slovakia comprises three production plants. The Bratislava based plant (Závod Bratislava) provides all activities required for road construction and utility engineering services, with the exception of asphalt technologies, in Bratislava, Trnava, Nitra and Bánská Bystrica Regions. The Žilina-based plant (Závod Žilina) provides those activities in Trenčín, Žilina, Košice and Prešov Regions. ASFALT plant is engaged about asphalt technologies in the whole of Slovakia. Zweigniederlassung Österreich, our ambition is to break into the Austrian building market and carry on the long-lasting tradition of ALPINE Company in Austria. What is more, being located in the Silesian Voivodeship, it suitably extends the area of operation of other companies of ALPINE Group based in the border regions of Czechia and Slovakia.
