history and current efforts Established 2005 (the first in the CZ) Setting up the structure and basic administrative framework Attracting new members Cooperation with ETP (Cefic) Applications for grants within MIT/Czechinvest (in 2007 and 2011 twice succesfully) Meanwhile participation in both EU projects - Nanoforce, Innochem, also in national projects REACH and SMEs Last attempt towards MIT in May 2016 (not yet finalised) Ongoing efforts to participate in EU projects Financing of the TP essential and necessary for performance 7
PROJECT 2016 New call (MIT, EU+CZ funds, Innovation for Competitivness) for TPs, open in April 2016, applications closure end of May 2016 200.000 EUR/3 years, de minimis, 25% co-financing Targets: Besides already in the past stipulated topics Industrial Technologies, Materials Technologies and Reaction and Process Design, also a brand new issues have been approached: Circular Economy (in close cooperation with another ČTP Plastics) New materials for energy Dangerous (SVHC) Materials Replacement Water Management Cooperation with other TPs like Plastics, Biofuels/biomass, Sustainable Energy and Foodstuffs desirable 8
