Evropská integrace Vyučující: PhDr. Martin Polášek PhD Doba a místo konání: akademický rok 2017/18, zimní semestr, ÚT 8:20-11:35 (každé dva týdny, výuka začíná v týdnu od 9. 10. 2017), místnost 2075 Forma atestace: Zk Podmínky atestace: Úspěch v písemném testu. Vstupní požadavky: Pasivní znalost angličtiny. Anotace: Úvod do studia EU jako stávající fáze evropské integrace. EU bude nahlížena jako politický systém, základní perspektivou tedy bude perspektiva komparativní politologie, nikoli teorie mezinárodních vztahů. Kurs bude členěn do sedmi bloků. Úvodní blok bude věnován institucionální struktuře EU a systému tvorby policy. Následujících pět bloků bude věnováno tématům: - legitimita EU - prostředkování zájmů, zájmové skupiny, lobbying - role politických stran v EU - evropeizace - administrativa v EU Závěrečný blok zůstává tematicky otevřený. Základní doporučená literatura Účast v hodinách není podmínkou atestace, studenti se mohou připravovat i samostudiem. Tituly označené tučně by měli studenti přečíst, pokud nebudou navštěvovat hodiny a přitom chtějí překonat minimální bodovou hranici v testu. Stejně tak by jich studenti měli využívat tehdy, budou-li sice hodiny navštěvovat, ale některému problému dobře neporozumí. Zmíněné texty budou umístěny v Moodlu či jinak elektronicky dostupné. Základní literatura pro celý semestr
Poskytuje základní přehled o probíraných tématech (byť neklasifikuje problém vždy stejně jako vyučující) a poskytuje základní věcné informace. HIX, S.; HOYLAND, B.
