Synchronní modelování v programu Solid Edge Zadání cvičení: Vytvořte výkres modelu příruby dle následujícího obrázku (Obr. 1). Obr. 1 Příruba 2
Synchronous modeling in the Solid Edge progam Exercise instructions: Create the drawing of a flange model according to the following picture (Pic. 1). Pic. 1 Flange 3
Vyberte zobrazenou skicu, v dalším kroku zadejte kurzorem myši stranu (A) viz (Obr. 3), v kroku Rozsah vyberte Přes vše a poté zadejte směr dolů (B). Výsledek potvrďte a stiskněte Dokončit. Model uložte. Obr. 3 Zadání strany A (B) zobrazené skici 4
Follow the procedures: 1. Open the file Priruba.par located in the folder of practise files. You can see the part with 3D directional dimensions. Pay attention to made perspective of the model Top view and Side view in the model tree (Pic. 2). Create another section of the model and display it on the drawing. Pic. 2 Views of the model Půdorys and the sied-view in the model tree 2. Display a hidden sketch, Skica 1, in the model tree that will serve as a section. Go to the PMI card and choose the command Řez in the list of commands Pohledy modelu. Choose the displayed sketch, in the next step enter the side (A) by a mouse cursor (Pic. 3), in the step Rozsah choose Přes vše and then enter the down direction (B). Enter the result and press Dokončit. Save the model Pic. 3 Entering the side A (B) of the displayed sketch 5
3. Vytvořte výkres z tohoto modelu. V Průvodci tvorbou výkresových pohledů můžete hned vybrat PMI pohled modelu (Půdorys a Boční pohled) a zaškrtnout Zahrnout PMI kóty z pohledů modelu (Obr. 4). V tomto případě styl kót automaticky přejde y 3D modelu do výkresu, což není vždy žádoucí. Proto vytvořte pohledy obvyklým způsobem a přeneste kóty příkazem Načíst kóty z modelu. Obr. 4 Přenos kót 4. V Průvodci tvorbou výkresového pohledu v poli Orientace pohledu vyberte jako základní pohled Nárys a v posledním kroku průvodce přidejte i Půdorys. V panelu příkazu vyberte měřítko 2 : 1 a umístěte pohledy na výkres. Přidejte osy a spojnice středů. 5.
3. Make a drawing from this model. In the guide of making drawing views you can immediately choose a PMI model view (Top view and side view) and tick Zahrnout PMI kóty z pohledů modelu (Pic. 4). In that case, the style of the dimensions automatically changes into 3D model in the drawing, which isn t always required. On that account, make the views in the usual way and move the dimensions by the command Načíst kóty z modelu. Pic. 4 Dimension movement 4. In the guide of making drawing view in the area Orientace poheldu, choose as a basic view Nárys a add Půdorys in the last step. Choose the scale 2:1 in the list of commands and place the views to the drawing. Add axes and connecting lines of the centres. 5. Choose the command Načíst kóty z modelu in the list of commands Kóta to place PMI dimensions from 3d models for drawing views. Klick at the two made views stepwise and the dimensions will create automatically. Move the dimensions on the top view in the way to intersect (Pic. 5). Save the drawing. Pic. 5 Placing dimensions 7
6. Nyní zobrazte řez vytvořený v kroku 2 na výkresovém pohledu nárysu. Zobrazte Vlastnosti pohledu nárysu, přejděte do záložky Řezy a označte Řez 1 A. Zavřete okno vlastností pohledu a pohled aktualizujte. 8
6. Now, display the section made in the second step in the front view of the drawing. Display Vlastnosti of the front view, proceed to the tab Řezy and mark Řez 1 A. Close the window of attributes of the view and then actualize the view. The section is automatically displayed in the drawing (Pic. 6). The command of Skrýt hrany, which is placed in the card Domů in the list of command Výkresové pohledy, hides the edges of the section so as to the axis remains visible. Pic. 6 The ssection display 7. Create an isometrics view of a part. You can as well display the created section in the isometric view. Open the window of the attributes of the isomtric view in the tab Řezy and activate the section view. Enter Snínování v odstínech šedé s viditelnými hranami in the list of the view command and actualize it. Finish the drawing adjusting by adding technical parametres. Save the changes in the drawing. You should achieve the similar result as in the first picture. (Pic. 1). You have learnt how to take the directing 3D dimensions by completing of this exercise without making them again, and as well as to display 3D sections in 2D drawing views. 9
