RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT Our main strategic goal is to built A research, development and innovation center a technologii high speed stamping. precise stamping fineblanking This project amounts mainly: - to built a new production hall - TO purchase a completely new precise cutting technology fineblanking a servo-mechanical stamping press with stamping frequency up to 140 strokes/min and with stamping power up to 2500 kn - to equip laboratory - a scanning head (laser) for measurement of demanding shapes and outlines during forming tests - 3D measuring equipment with necessary repeatability of measuring including a possibility to measure a whole tool in a total length 1,3m - A digital roughness device for surface measurement which is one of the main parameters for particular parts stamped by fineblanking - A hardness measuring device for measuring of material hardness, for verification of the input data for forming TESTS and to help with finding suitable materials for fineblanking as well as for a control after heating Treatment during final procedures done on the products - SOftware for stamping tools development, for forming processes examination and for test data processing - AN optical microscope for metallography it will be used to find cracks in materials during metal forming, furthermore it will help to find out material reactions and lead to optimal settings of forming processes - a device which is able to reveal internal non-homogeneity of materials and others.
