Další část je věnována analýze dat z výběrových šetření pomocí bodových a intervalových odhadů a testování hypotéz. Pozornost je také věnována závislosti statistických proměnných, která je zkoumána pomocí metod regresní a korelační analýzy. Jsou uvedeny základní poznatky z analýzy časových řad. Another part is dedicated to the analysis of data from sample surveys by means of point estimates and confidence intervals and hypothesis testing. It also addresses dependencies of statistical variables, which are investigated by means of regression and correlation analysis. Basic knowledge of the time series analysis are introduced.
